Yes, but why would he feel the need to do that when 1) he has no reasonable basis to think that would even be a thing Null, Hardin, or anyone else on the Farms would possibly do beyond Russell's accusations and Plight 'Splaining and 2) we already went through the whole SPO debacle and if anything it made Russell worse. How is he is still not at the stage of realizing that it's better to leave some of Russell's whining well enough alone, on an issue that he has the discretion to not address?
Because Greer was seemingly concerned, and he doesn't know Greer as well as we do. I also presume that unlike most of us, beyond even avoiding looking prejudiced, he has some compassion and benefit of the doubt left in him (ew, what a fucking freak)

Correct, and I seriously doubt he will provide anything.

As @jerkstore conjectured, and with which I concur, I think there is something in that application that is a major problem for him. My best bet is that it contains a false statement of such magnitude that it would potentially expose him to perjury (or filing a false document? not sure how those kinds of situations work in criminal law) charges, if he is required, as part of the application, to sign that all statements made, to the best of his knowledge, are true and honest (like troons...), and there is no possible way that he would not know if the statement he made was not true and honest.
It's a ton of lies. But honestly it's more likely he threw out his copy when the local Judge and Sheriff curb stomped him for trying to violate Nulls rights. And he has no idea how to go about getting the documents from whoever he filed them with.

Well, all I can say is that, again, the Court has already established that violations of confidential information will be punished. Null and Hardin know this, we know this, Russell himself knows this, but chooses to ignore it or attempts to weaponize it, depending on his mood. It seems to me all the judge did was walk face-first into more fillings from Russ about how everything that appears on the docket and thus here from now on is a violation of what he said in this hearing.

Your question implied you were looking any plausible reason why, not specifically a good reason.

Which was fortunate because I sure as hell can't think of a good one.

he's warning that if we were to leak documents to the forum (as Russel has continuously alleged) that would be a crime. that's not sanctions against the forum. He was reassuring Russel that court does in fact have rules for both sides, regardless of his feelings.

Assuming that Russ does in fact deliver the document to Hardin, I can't see it going any further than he, himself. If it were to show up here, I'd naturally assume that it was Greer posting it to cause trouble. Does Russ not understand that if he actually wanted to use it as evidence that it would have to be presented in court. I doubt it's actually anything more than Greer's usual lunacy anyway.

It's going to be a rough next few weeks for Russ. He needs to figure out how to get a copy of his application from the police, but he also needs to figure out a way to come up with $405 to pay to the court on top of the nearly $800 he owes to Null. Greer struggles to do one thing that he needs to in a timely manner, how well can he manage with three?

Its probably poorly filled out and incomplete and he asked for a domestic violence tro because he's an idiot. either way we'll never know.

Rusty: "I have photographs of Joshua posting my copyrights online"
I'm imagining a polaroid of jersh at a computer where you can see the screen like a network TV show.
No need to imagine fren, it's true. I seen't it

He's also got to come up with his response to Null's motion to dismiss. I'm looking forward to that...

If there's something relevant to the defense, Hardin will need to bring it up at the appropriate time. Unlike Russ, Hardin knows (or can look up) how to do that correctly under the SPO, it's probably something like filing a redacted version publicly and a full version in chambers.

I feel obligated to mention that despite the implication, he has not bought me even a single breadstick.
I will buy you your choice of adult beverage.

Thank you (and all the other legal-type folks here) for all the work you have done here. I know nothing about the law and I appreciate you explaining it to dipshits like myself.

Shit, is Greer zoning out again, as he does when things don't go his way (as per his own book)?
Yes, there was 10 seconds of dead air after the judge asked "Mr Greer, are you sure you can support that?" (afford to cough up 400 bucks without going broke) and Greer didn't realize he was being addressed. He was completely away with the nymphs.
