Defendant Allegedly Engaged in Disturbing, Violent Online Conversations With Victim He Knew Was a Minor
PHILADELPHIA – United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that Aniruth Kuppusamy, 25, of Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, was charged by indictment with one count each of manufacturing child pornography, receiving child pornography, possessing child pornography, and the use of an interstate commerce facility to entice a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

As detailed in court filings, the defendant, who has been in custody since his arrest last month pursuant to a federal complaint and warrant, allegedly engaged in disturbing and violent conversations with Minor #1, who he knew was under the age of 18, and elicited sexually explicit videos of her.

In addition, the indictment alleges that the defendant knowingly received those visual depictions of Minor #1 engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and that he possessed images constituting child pornography on an iPhone 15 that had been shipped and transported using any means and facility of interstate and foreign commerce.

The indictment further alleges that Kuppusamy used a facility and means of interstate and foreign commerce, namely the internet and cellular telephone service, to persuade, induce, entice, and coerce Minor #1 to engage in sexual activity for which any person could be charged with a criminal offense, that is, the manufacture and receipt of child pornography.

If convicted, the defendant faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years’ imprisonment and a maximum possible sentence of life in prison.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by United States Attorneys' Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS), Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. I'm unsure. I know DB from twitter and was in a Discord server of his (I also know the victim in question from there), but the telegram username is probably correct. As for the messages - anything goes, but I remember that DB was more affiliated with the NRx crowd than the "oldtroon" BAP orbiters. A certain poster called Schwab is the "head honcho" of the core group. Other big posters: Peter Rex, Bane of Mars (whose bit is essentially "join the army, then get a job at a 3-letter agency or become a mercenary". More or less the biggest subgroup, but everyone underestimates their influence. Martin "Captive Dreamer" started from here too. You can also find some trad holdouts here. Notable for claiming that "whomever attacks BAP will always become insane", which has yet to fail, really.

3. Amarna/animejugend/the vanguard: "Sephirothic English", anime girls, drama queens, Gigachad dialogues, angst, romanticism, "polemics", irreverence, phyrigan caps, "upstream and downstream", "Lords and Gemmers". Of all the spheres in the sphere, this one is the closest to BAP, and it seems one of his favorites. Fractured into many little subgroups that frequently can't stand each other but are also hard to tell apart at a glance. Essentially started from soyteens that stopped using the sharty in 2021. Favorite tactic is ganging up and declaring victory immediately. Sheer aggression ensured a seeming period of dominance. Elitist beyond belief - every subset believes they're God's gift to this Earth and that everyone else is a worthless insect to be stomped under their boot. Frequently imagined as "anorexic twinks". The "Loli Question" and their early attack method of spamming gore onto their enemies had significant repercussions down the line. The discarded afterbirth of this sphere became the "edgesphere" - Skibidifarms and such, as the youngest observers saw what they were doing and decided to ape it. Reverence for the poster called John Winthrop, since inactive (but still following people and accepting them into his account). Definitely the most normie-unfriendly group.

4. Landians/NRx: muh technocapital, accelerationism, AGI, HBD, crypto, milady, remilia, "based retard gang", kaliacc. The decrepit remains of this sphere have mostly been absorbed into the others or disappeared after the embarrassing downfall of kaliacc and its hindoo tranny groomer generalissimo.
