India-Pakistan Conflict - Land Of The Indus Versus Land Of The Pure

Probably all from either side, there is a question of how good and high yield they managed to build them

On a separate note, is the Indian Navy going to do much? They got the INS Vikramaditya, which is fully kitted out with Mig 29's, and a second carrier with no jets yet. Also a bunch of destroyers and frigates

They'll probably put 12-14 Mig-29Ks or so on each carrier, plus supporting helicopters. Each carrier would now have a squadron.

Kinda like that Brits do at this moment.

The rest of the Indian Navy is pretty modern and used excellent Israeli radars and SAMs plus great Russian P-800 based (Brahmos) Anti ship missiles.

Their sub fleet is French (good), Russian (both nuclear and conventional) and German (very OLD).

Has there been any change from yesterday? I assumed it would be a nothing burger in which they both posture but back down because it's in their best interest to not escalate, in short NEH stocks continue to rise.

I'm still mostly in the nothing ever happens camp on this, but you aren't supposed to lose fighter jets while just posturing. I still don't know what India actually wants to accomplish here.

There's still some shelling on the Line of Control but not much. It's night time there so expect more action soon.

What is it with brown people and beheading? Muslims, Indians, South American Gangs, Africans... Is it about the symbolism or what?

That missile has a near meteor type range, the export version is reduced to aim-120D range, but it's still a fuckton (90mi), what probably happened is that the Pakistani fighters lobbed that missile and let AWACS guide it to the target, if that happened, the Indian pilot wouldn't have much warning because the AWACS radar doesn't have a lock on function to trigger the warning receivers.

Maybe it was simply flying too high, on patrol or some shit and it didn't have enough time to hit the ground and escape (missiles love thin air due to less drag for non aircraft autistics here).
Ehh you're thinking of the PL-17.

The PL-15 family is essentially a AIM-120C/D clone with the E model being for export and matching or slightly exceeding the 120C-5s range and the Chinese AF only PL-15 being a match to the 120D or slightly longer ranged. PL-16 is a PL-15 with folding fins for internal weapon bays carriage.

There are some images on X that may be the AESA array from a PL-15E that missed and hit the ground after it ran out of energy.

The older PL-12 family is a match to the older 120A/B family, maybe a bit better in terms of range and probably has ZERO export restrictions.

Now for more jet updates.

IAF lost one Rafale and one Mirage 2000 and it seems that the PAF lost a JF-17.

2:1 confirmed so far.....

I saw that and honestly just attributed it to them being retarded. One of the few things that stands out to me is the indus water stuff, to my knowledge this is the first time they pulled something like that.

pakistan is approx. 75% indo-aryan peoples (ie indian), 24% iranian peoples, and 1% other (mostly brahui dravidians, another indian group)
Pakistan is pretty heterogeneous. Only very few cluster near west asians, so those aren't even Iranian. They are more like mongrols tainted by ancient ancestral South Indian impurities.

Here's a South Asian PCA

As you can see, they have too many ethnic groups and they should assimilate with each other.

Punjabis are legit mongrels composed of different sub-species. Half east eurasian via Ancient ancestral south Indian, and half west eurasian mutt from various sources.

Here's central Asia PCA for fun. Instead of AASI, you can see other east eurasian ancestries like Siberian. Central Asians are often legit mongrels. Some are 50/50 different sub-species or sometimes 70-80/20-30 mixes.

So how long until the supposed images finally make their way over here if they’re not just BSing for the west asian hype machine

Footage from Bathinda, Indian Punjab shows a fighter jet releasing flares before being shot down. The aircraft, an Indian Rafale, is seen descending rapidly after flare deployment, followed by footage of a crash site and civilian casualties.

Wreckage bearing serial number BS-001 was found in Bathinda, verifying the shootdown. This was India's first Dassault Rafale EH fighter jet.
