Definitely. It’s so obvious he hates women. And the way he talks about the women’s bathroom issue makes it very clear that he gets off on the idea of making women feel uncomfortable and violated.

He also has a lack of empathy for women and pretty much everyone but himself, but he has demonstrated a particular callousness towards women. I recall several months ago he was allegedly (by his own admission so take this with a grain of salt I guess) dating a woman who was in the midst of a divorce from an abusive husband. She said she wanted to work things out with the husband and ended up going back to him. Nick had an extended incel crash out over the course of several restaurant streams basically shit talking this woman because she “friendzoned” him for her ex husband who “was literally abusive towards her.” Like hello do you have any idea how abusive relationships work? He had zero empathy for her even though he’s the one who decided to get involved with a married woman in the first place. He was so mad that he blocked her apparently.

The penis is fairly stretchy/smooshy (within limits) when not erect, so while tucking his dick might not be exactly comfortable, it shouldn't be outright painful.
