Apologize with your whole chest and knuckle under to their demands, no matter how unreasonable. Normal people would learn a lesson from all this, but Pat stopped his learning after the primary colors and counting to ten. I wish someone would dig up his grade school cards, I'm sure they'd be full of funny bits. He failed conduct every semester and every year. Imagine trying to teach a class with a Patrick in it, I'd quit the profession.
