Use slow feed bowls if she eats too fast. If she still manages to, just put a few at a time in, like you would with dogs.
If it's aggression, that isn't likely to change. You could *try* but unless you know exactly what you're doing, you can risk other animals or yourself getting hurt. Best course of action is to seperate when feeding, make sure she gets fed first. I used to put Tag in the bathroom to eat because she stole everyone elses food. You can also try feeding kibble/wet from your hand, they're more likely to be gentle, but kibble is touch and go on if they'll even take it from you.
Finally, any older cats (really all cats but still) need wet food at least once a day. Cats get most of their food from meat which is already hydrated with blood, so they don't often seek out water as it isn't natural for them to need it. Older cats are more prone to kidney and liver disease which legit is easily prevented with wet food. I use a mix of 3 very high quality dry food but still give my oldest wet once a day, and 2 of the 3 boy cats eat it when she finishes since we just use an entire can.

I would ask her to draw Runic but well all know that poor cat is long gone. Hopefully in a better place that's not her stomach. Though really, anywhere as far away from the murdering transcphobe would be better wouldn't it.
