Can do the same with a $25 crock pot. Toss in the ingredients, set to low, go back to bed. Wake up later, have soup.Instant Pot, Nigga. Chop vegetable, add herbs, add broth, maybe add meat if wanted, press button, soup.
When I make egg drop soup, I throw in some MSG, too. A really good recipe to turn out something restaurant-y without much labor at all.Corn starch.

If you have ever gotten a steamed lobster from a supermarket before they cook them live by, effectively, microwaving them.
