Null is a complex figure with many strengths and weaknesses. There's no denying his dedication to his site, but there's also no denying his temper. Null is a lot like our beloved Soot in that way: many revere him for "being the guy who put in the work to started it all" and many people rightfully also criticize him for his flaws. People aren't all one dimensional, you can't distill them down to just a simple good and bad. They have good traits and bad. And, akin to Soot, if Null was to one day quit or be replaced, I'm sure that there would be a lasting sense of respect and honor on Kiwifarms for his reign, in spite of its flaws.

That being said, Null does need some constructive criticism: Null should avoid making decisions when he is under high stress or is very angry and emotional because it tends to lead to unpopular decisions that hurt his forum community more than it helps. A couple hours to cool off before handling the situation can make things much more graceful.

Furthermore, Null should invest his time into making smaller improvements to Kiwifarms like a bot that will automatically thumbnail unthumbnailed images. SneedForo is going to take a long time to develop and making the user experience better in the meantime would be worth the effort while we wait.
