@Reddit is Malding It was a bit of a shock to get a thread. I guess I am restarded though.
I think it's more like a hostage situation than a friendship, and now I can't say anything negative about women because the OPer is a woman I think and there is a sword of Damocles over my head.
Sunday is also a day off. You are driving yourself insane by thinking about work even when you've clocked out.
But you have to get ready for work on Sunday, got to get work clothes sorted, have a shave, get all the stuff you need in the car, Sunday is just a preparation day for the new week. And you have to go to bed early.
So Saturday is the only day that doesn't feel attached to work and having 1/7 days be this way is very tiresome and it's not enough of a break from the grind. Why does time go so fast outside of work and so slow inside work.
I am being driven insane by work, I am so sick of it.
You are right on this, the last couple of generations of Pokemon have had the same problem as Digimon had back in the day. The majority of the designs aren't anything a kid would want to have has a pet.
Digimon designs at their peak were as good as original Pokemon designs, but overall the quality was way lower. Bad designs in Pokemon were the exception (Mr.Mime) were as in digimon they were painfully common (the literal shit digimon).
You know you could quit your job if you hate it so much. Become a farm hand, or a fisherman. You don't have a family to support, so you can basically do whatever you want.
The OG Pokemons were either cool/cute, cool and cute, or weird. The majority of them were both cool and cute which is what kids want for a monster pet. The odd weird one like Mr Mime and Jynx sort of broke up the formula which gave a bit of variety, even though nobody would say they were their favorite.
Some of the OG Digimon fit the cute and cool designs (more leaning towards cool than cute), mainly the digimon that were with the kids, although they were more friends than pets. A lot of the other OG Digimon were fucking weird, like the shit one as you say, or that one that is just a round head with arms and legs.
One thing Digimon did better than Pokemon was having lots of dinosaurs -
I SO DESPERATELY want to quit working. I have dreamed of doing so for the past decade and a half. I just want to be a fucking NEET and do nothing. At least for a year, I just want a good rest and time to think about life. That is what I fantasize about all day long (other than beautiful women and vidya ideas).
But what stops me is the survival instincts. If I quit working then I will lose my house very quickly, the mortgage take most of one wage cage payment every second week. Maybe somehow I could just make it a year but then I'd have no money left what so ever. It would be the BEST FUCKING YEAR OF MY LIFE THOUGH. So I consider it a lot. One good year is better than 50 terrible years is it not?
Anyhow, my health is so bad now that I think I will not be able to work much longer anyway. Everything is collapsing around me, my health, my stuff, what is left of my mental faculties. My right hand is fucked from terrible carpal tunnel after years of computer use for instance. I have so many ailments now.
And then once I am too unwell to work, then I will be on the streets with my cat, eating out of garbage bins. It might be better than working but I won't survive for long. And my poor cat won't be very happy.

. So you have to clear the rubble out of the way to escape. When you leave this chamber you are teleported into the exact same room with the same blockage that you have to clear. And you have to repeat this for decades until it is deemed that you can finally stop.
What an unholy combo of schizophrenia, virgin with rage and alcoholism.
