Couple of things that stood out to me from his latest session about the case, I'll just link timestamps/quotes instead of clipping:
He says he already has JSTLK's contact information (I wonder how he got that?). He's served discovery requests related to JSTLK and suggests that there's "bad behavior going on behind the scenes" that he is aware of, and people "pretending" they have nothing to do with the case (I'm guessing he's talking about his latest obsession, Lauren Delaguna):
Destiny claims that someone has been communicating with him privately instead of through their lawyer. He accuses Pxie's lawyers of pressuring people into lying to keep the case alive. Either Pxie has a mole/traitor in her camp or someone is legitimately just retarded:
"They shouldn't be talking to me privately and you should be communicating only through your lawyer And the fact that they've been communicating with me privately seems to imply to me that there is a heavy amount of pressure with opposing council to elicit what I would say are obviously false statements in order to keep this case alive"
He then says Pxie's lawyers are in over their heads, repeats the idea that Joan Peters is a family friend of Pxie's.
"they don't know basic rules of civil procedure"
"they're grabbing random people to perjure themselves"
He again says he has archives of everything he's deleted. He accuses some of the declarants of lying because he can see the messages in the claims and they don't exist.
He says Abby's declaration is perjury and that Pxie's lawyers are redacting things to facilitate people committing perjury:
"I think that this is all a lie, I think that all of this is perjury and my conspiratorial thinking is the reason why these were filed redacted was to keep the name of the person out of direct hands of us so that the person could perjure themselves without accountability "
"I think that I feel like this person was brought in to perjure themselves on a declaration in order to keep the case alive with the hopes that they can somehow scrge up or find something else in discovery, which they won't"
He mentions the discord subpoena that was in the emails. Pxie's team is request every image/video he sent and received on Discord and Instagram for the past 5 years. I'm surprised if he's allowed to publicly disclose that but what the fuck do I know:
"email to Andrew is that we haven't replied to their request to comply with uh Discord subpoena So opposing council is trying to subpoena me okay on Discord and Instagram for every single video and picture that has been sent to or received from or has been sent by or received from my account for 5 years Iwould rather kill myself than give these disgusting [ __ ] every That's an insane that is an insane [ __ ] request in the context of everything that this case is about Jesus Christ Um but that that wasthe Discord subpoena that they replied to We're absing with that What an what an unbelievably broad and disgusting request to make of you But like Jesus [ __ ] Christ Um yeah this everything about this case is just like so [ __ ] gross "
He responds to JSTLK joking that this is only about one case of sexual misconduct and not all the others. He says that this is true and if a bunch of people joined the case with the same claim would be much stronger:
I mean...yeah? At this point, I think all the declarations are from victims of Destiny. If Pxie's team are working on contingency like he claims, and they now have a bunch of people saying he's done the same shit to them, can't they just add them to the case? Or does it not work like that?
It also seems wild that he can publicly go after Pxie's lawyers and their submissions to thousands of people on youtube, especially when this is a jury trial. Again, I have no fucking idea about law shit and I would love someone who knows what they're talking about to go over it all.
JSTLK plans on going over the stream tonight, but Amoranth has been having some meltdown with her husband so I expect half the internet to be covering that for the next week. Does anyone know if Kuihman has actually stopped covering Destiny or if he's just prioritizing other random shit? I haven't watched his stream in a while but I would have expected him to at least cover the part where he's mentioned in the court documents.
