most of the discussion against trooning is because it turns people into frankenstein monsters who are then psyop'd to convince themselves that this is good and dilating is normal, that their meat loaf is a real penis.

but there will be a day when this is perfected. maybe transfer of consciousness to lab grown opposite sex version of you, or somehow reversing and modifying bone structure, reproductive system, etc to be 100% anatomically correct. that is still a good centuries away, but i bet it will be possible someday.

what then? will "you will never be a man/woman" be relevant then? if it becomes that convenient, imagine being able to swap within a week, then will there even be "gender wars" (which is an elite psyop anyways) anymore?

Even if you made a perfect functional replica of a vagina, you would not be a real woman. Even if you completely altered your bone structure to mimic that of a woman's, you would not be a real woman. 1. Can civilization survive long enough for the technology to be developed, outside of a single trillionaire pulling off the human head/brain/whole body transplant? If it's going to take several decades, or as you say, centuries, to perfect the medical technology required, a lot will happen in between now and then. Many or all of the people currently insulting each other could be dead, and thus irrelevant. Or everyone will be dead because of WW3.

2. Long before "perfect SRS", we could see "gender wars" caused by fertility advancements and artificial wombs. Both "sides" will have a fighting chance. Human embryos could be created with synthetic DNA, or embryos could be created from the DNA of two same-sex parents (take an X chromosome from one and X or Y from the other), and embryos could be grown in artificial wombs. Artificial wombs at first glance appear to be a huge L for women, but hypothetically a group could create an all-female society with no natural childbirth required.

An artificial womb successfully grew baby sheep — and humans could be next
Embryo stem cells created from skin cells

Compare #2 to #1. Playing G-d with single cells is actually orders of magnitude easier than trying to give an adult a "sex change". So it could happen decades or centuries sooner.

right now, pretty much. but noone would believe that we could fly across the world 2 centuries ago. if you go back even 50 yrs, internet would be considered black magic.

just the other day i read about this lady who was part of this DNA editing cancer cure research trial. reminded me of chinese doctor editing a baby's gene before it was born.

right now, its already possible to edit and customise your baby's skin colour, etc. the possibility of this happening few centuries down the line doesnt seem impossible.

You probably won't be able to "transfer" consciousness, as that is the most personal thing out of you; your brain is the "structure" that holds and shapes it, so in your hypothetical it would have to be perfomed either through a brain transplant (lung transplant is already a mess & practically lethal, so this surgery will be even more), or force your brain to parasite/copy & overtake the other and suffer from a massive transformation, in which case by that point you won't be "you" anymore.

However the counterargument is that people change, you are not you from years ago, so this could be a similar thing but drastically (and artificially) done over a short period of time.

If you are able to do that, successfully reshape someone's brain and consequently consciousness at will (more accurate than transfer), or change someone's body into the opposite gender (which would be seen like a miracle of both alchemy and biotechnology) down to DNA & cellular level, then I guess you would succeed.

But if you are able to do this, medicine, neuroscience, biotechnology, etc will be so incredibly developed that you could probably reshape your body as is (so maybe some would not even care about sex-change, but just become more attractive), and society would be filled with Chads & Chadettes, as long as they can afford it.

The problem is that the ideas that you proposed are plain retarded. Putting "using some kind of vehicle to fly over the world" and "transferring consciousness" on the same level? Really now? If you want to talk about it, bring me how do you think it can be achieved, even if it's not feasible right now. The same goes for reversing and modifying your body. Tell me how do you plan to do it first.

To add, I'm still open to the idea. I'm not completely diminishing you. But at least give some kind of basis to your argument instead of plain daydreaming.
