He doesnt think there is anything wrong with him using drugs and abusing his parents. He thinks the world is whats wrong. When i was deep in drug addiction, i kept telling myself the same, luckily im not as retarded as Austin is. I think you give him to much credit, he doesnt think about his actual future, neither does he plan ahead. Jail is only on his mind, when he has a PO appointment. He got out of rehab and the same day he got high, not even 2 hours later. He just consumes and never thinks about what hes consuming or what the consequences are.

The "hes acutally likeable" remark is actually part of the lolcow hallmark, at least in my book. Usually people go through it when they are new to the cow or they have been watching a long time and somehow see themselves in them. I dont think he has any redeemable qualities about him, hes enterainting but i think even without the drugs, hes just a toxic manchild. I remember when he got out of jail and was sober for a bit, his streams were unwatchable garbage.

He's likeable in a comic relief way, but he's a bad person in the end. He spends all day freaking out that casinos scam him when they give him free money to lose on their sites, yet he is aware the people truly getting scammed are his own viewers that are being led into these habits without the safety net of free bankroll from the casino itself and with no real chance to win because anyone not on the casino's payroll is going to get KYC'd when they win big. He's absolutely a form of scammer himself, just not one smart enough to end up on the side that actually gets all the profit in the end. Anyone falling for it is an idiot, but his "job" is tricking people into losing their money to illegal foreign casinos and he knows it.

so the real question is did austin successfully complete his latest rehab. did the full bid, was discharged because he completed. because if so, he can chuck that rehab again to avoid jail. so long as your latest violation is pissing hot, not from getting arrested, judges will 100% keep sending you back to rehab if you successfully completed it the last time. it saves the state money and that is the number one consideration. even if your latest violation is getting arrested, so long as it's a minor misdemeanor the judge would prefer you go to rehab instead of costing the taxpayers sitting in county

tldr unless he beats up ratdad some more, bossman can chuck that rehab almost indefinitely, so long as he doesnt get kicked out of the rehab or quit
