Nah, like I've said before. Ralph is God's Jester. He exists on this plane just to give God an endless chuckle at his antics.

The last few years have followed the following cycle:

1)Ralph starts obviously abusing drugs
2)Has major pillstream period
3)Hates it and tries to go sober or some other bullshit
4)Fake sobriety for a month or so
5)Back to step 1.

Had been wondering that as well. But after a bit of searching it seems Ralph likes to take the ring on and off quite a bit. The last time it was definitely seen though was when he landed in Tijuana on May 3rd. After this he got beaten and the ring has not been seen since. I had wanted to see if he would start wearing it again this week during his show but after he changed topic when pressed about the ring I think it is safe to say it may have been stolen during that beating.
