Yeah but isn’t that what would Marc would be? Why would he have a hired registered agent as well as another guy from the same service, Chris, as manager?
I have no idea. Maybe they're not allowed to be the same person. He's "manager" or "managing member" for other corporations that have someone else as the registered agent. I know in some states the person filing on behalf of another has to meet some qualification that the actual person doesn't, is only an officer during the period of incorporation and for only that purpose, or some other arcane reason.

It may be a Nevada thing because other corporations with this guy as an officer have the same pattern.

Here's some free legal advice, Russ: drop the lawsuit against Null, so you have more time to spend opening that brothel of yours. It's clearly what you want to do, and you won't have Hardin reaching out to unsuspecting council members.

You're not going to listen, of course, but you can't say nobody told you.
no, you fool, you'd cannot see

it's all tied together

he needs both

the brothel and the win against null

his slogan as "the only brothel that screwed over kiwifarms" just won't work without the win

keep fighting, greer! you're almost there!

@Sexy Senior Citizen is apparently the kind of person that would ask for a Reece's cup, hold the peanut butter...

He can’t just drop the lawsuit now. It’s too late, once the defendant has filed an answer. And since Null has refused Greer’s offers to “settle,” Greer has no choice. The case has to move forward until somebody wins or the court dismisses it. He really screwed himself.

All he has to do is not pay the filing fee and this all goes away*.

* Excepting possibly tens of thousands of dollars in sanctions, which he can still lose even if he does pay the filing fee.

The Intimate dealings LLC listing on the NVSOS site says the llc is revoked.
Even though LLC law can vary by state, I suspect RG failed to file a required annual report that either lists the current address and officers or has a check box item essentially declaring No changes since last report. Failing to file too many annual reports can lead to an LLC either losing its good standing or being administratively dissolved/revoked.

It's another example showing how awful RG is at recordkeeping and dealing with adminstrative paperwork.

Surely not a problem for our favorite whore connoisseur!
He's a brilliant entrepreneur with a foolproof business plan*, dontchaknow?

*The business plan is whores and drool. And more whores.

Grabbing your mail and subsequently actually reading it was revealed to be Herculean tasks by Mr. Greer.

Dammit! Ninja-ed by @Pee Cola.

I am not a lawyer; I am far to retarded to be even a paralegal. However, when I try to imagine a lawyer writing to his opponent that his opponent's filings are a "rare privilege to read," I can only imagine two scenarios:

Scenario the first: The lawyer in question is dealing with another lawyer whom is very intelligent, eloquent, and makes good arguments. Our hypothetical lawyer in this case feels a great respect for opposing counsel and enjoys the dance with a worthy opponent. It is reasonable to infer complement from that phrase.

Scenario the second: The opponent in question is an utter clown, and our hypothetical lawyer gets a good belly laugh the fool's bluster. In this case, the lawyer is looking forward to another large serving of funny. While the lawyer is probably being sincere in describing the opponent's filings as a rare treat, such is probably not a compliment.

I have a suspicion which scenario is more likely.

The Hardship has earned his nickname well, and absolutely lives up to it with that full gloves off slap to the gimpy face he delivered tonight.

He's tired of being professional in the face of Russtard 's bluster and is just fully slagging him off now, and I am HERE for it! :story:
