I found it funny that she turned around Hardin's request in 4 hours. I suspect they REALLY don't like Greer.
I laughed when I read her message. She was so enthusiastic about replying, she even dug out the Jessica Smith email and threw that in, just to cover all the bases.

Excellent work, Betty.
:semperfidelis:

I suspect the tone of Betty's emails echoes the sentiment of broader Winnemucca community
The sentiment is all over the world. The default reaction to a man who uses prostitutes is "yuck".

I think he does. I think he just thinks your rights end where his desire to get him his penis sucked begins.

Personally I'm more interested in his explanation for how going to a regularly scheduled town meeting to campaign for a zoning change to a property he doesn't own, is in fact an emergency business meeting that necessitates continuing an important court hearing that had been on the books for a while at that point.

Especially when it has been made crystal clear to him by everyone from that town that there is no way in Heaven, Hell, or on Earth that he will be successful in his campaign. For someone who constantly bitches about how people won't MOOOOVE OOOONNN, Russhole himself seems to be incapable of recognizing when he himself should be doing likewise.

This is one of the things Greer doesn't understand about his character. One of the reasons charismatic people make good leaders is that people are more likely to want to do things for you.

How is he going to get enough people to like him to run a Brothel? He just plain isn't going to be able to.

I'm expecting any day my computer is just gonna go "NO MORE, PLEASE STOP" but until then.

Do you have a piece of software you use to do it? I use a webtool that does it for me but I'd feel better doing it locally
"Gilman is not playing fairly!" He's under no obligation, legal or otherwise, to "play fairly" with property that he owns. The same goes with anyone else who owns property that Shit-Lips is interested in. They can let the property sit there and rot if they want. They paid for it. It's their's. That's like saying "I want to buy that house, but there is already a family of six living there and they won't sell it to me. They said they're not interested in moving. That's not fair! Don't they know that I have a disability?!" Russhole really doesn't seem to understand this whole private property thing, does he?
Replace 'property' with 'vagina' and his logic just magically reveals itself to you

Welly well well! I expected filings to start kicking off this week, but I honestly didn't expect the Hardin/Null camp to fire the first shots, and what a salvo it is!

Hardin's filings are never anything less than a model of detatched professionalism, but at this point his irritation with Greer is almost palpable in the documents. He seems outraged that Greer should be continually presenting himself as a 'po' lil disabled victim who's boolied by the big bad Nool and his army of zombie doxxers' when in fact, he's a mack daddy pimp with millions on tap to open luxury whorehouses out in the desert.

i think what really got Greer angry enough to go back to the already failed sanctions well is that he only admitted he could pay the filing fee to avoid the IFP review which could end in the case being dismissed and more embarrassing facts coming to light.

Now Hardin is trying to dig back into it which means paying the filing fee isn’t going to buy him anything.

The whole thing must be starting to feel more like Greer is on trial than Null. I guess that’s just what happens when you refuse to actually prosecute your case.

More accurately, it's what happens when you bring litigation you know to be frivolous and without shame admit that you've filed for an improper purpose - and on top of that lie about your circumstances to do it all in forma pauperis.

@Sexy Senior Citizen is apparently the kind of person that would ask for a Reece's cup, hold the peanut butter...
:smug:
"Your ads say, 'Have it your way," and my way is one burger, hold the bun."

I may be developing a tiny man crush on Matthew Hardin.
He says what we're all thinking!

What makes this so incredible is he should know better; Russell is no stranger to the court system. He keeps stepping on rakes, blaming his disability for why the rakes keep smacking him in the face.

This is the very definition of FAFO in relations to small government. They can grind things to a halt, or zip things through fast enough to give you whiplash. It's all about their motivation.

The fact he's telling the planning committee of the largest city in the county that he has power over her attempts to keep whores off main street is likely just enough that she smiled while trying to find the referenced message for Mr Hardin prior to pressing "send."

They almost kept Walmart out. They don't care about some random freak with an LLC who seeks to turn their little community into vices city; This isn't their first game.

I hope you have a great week, Betty.

What's absolutely hilarious is that if Greer paid attention to his emails, he'd have known of this conflict when the judge filed the conference date; had he replied immediately saying "can it be the next day, bro, got some Big Business meetings with the whores" it would almost certainly have been granted.

If something is scheduled and you ask for a change immediately, almost everyone will grant it - it's not hard for them, and they didn't really CARE about the significance of the date.

I am glad Hardin is finally just telling Greer to put up or shut the fuck up with the constant threats to sanction or disbar him.
Hardin was really feeling himself yesterday. A well-earned taunt to his retarded opponent.

I'm tempted to believe Hardin filed that solely so that we could see the hilarity in his inbox. I know it's to get the threats in front of the judge currently considering sanctions... but that last email wasn't necessary to the purpose.
I see you, Hardship :semperfidelis:

Years working on a case that should have been killed in the crib.
The anger and frustration are justified.

Hardly a reasonable ask.

This isn't Greer's full time job and he would check his emails promptly, but that's wholly irrelevant to copyright.

from a professional standpoint hardin is probably satisfied as he is being paid (although a reduced rate), hes building up a valuable and very particular set of skills that make him a nightmare for people like russhole, and hes tapping into a neverending fount of pure comedy that most people have never witnessed the likes of.
its really just the attacks on his professional credibility and the continued wasting of nulls money that are probably starting to irritate him. after 5 years of this shit i really cant blame the man

Yes but the Clerk's office closes at like 4:30 so if he did mail it in late last night it won't get posted until later this morning.
Right. But if Big H knows Russ either hasn't filed or is going to be intentionally late -- sorry, "excusable neglect" with the excuse being "I just couldn't be bothered" -- well...

Well, lets see how this plays out. It's so weird having to avoid saying things knowing Gimpface is stalking the forum like a jilted lover.
