Currently it's felt that he will plead guilty to the obstruction of business charge but not guilty on the deepfakes charges.

Those are the ones with 10.5 year max prison time penalties and some mandatory prison time no matter what if found or pled guilty.

He may just speed things up by pleading guilty to everything (would be smartest actually) and then the next date will be sentencing and he finally goes to jail.
