What's the best way to make money day trading and with long-term dividends?
How long is long? My investment peaks at 2 years, I’d still consider that a long term investment. I’m not sure I’d go into something like Oil or Gold for 10 years. If you’re banking off solid growth do infrastructure. If you’re looking for passive growth you can forget put it in Roth Bonds and Bills.
Buy high, sell low.
When market starts tanking scream and cry about the world ending. When market recovers the next month scream and cry about how everything is a scam when literally fucking everybody was saying to buy the dip.
Do this unless if it’s a $3 differential. Then troll.

Apologies if I'm late and gay but I've searched the forum and perused like 12 pages now, and have not seen it mentioned.

Joe Biden may have butt cancer.
this was a theory during his first medical look when gave kamala - president when had surgery.
hope for best but, should of retired earlier.
"you be can almost dead lifeless corpse & still be president of united states."

Then you'd be wrong. 2 years is medium term.

Both of these alternatives are passive investments. Investments in infrastructure, if that's all one invests in, provide zero portfolio diversification. By "Roth" I presume you mean a Roth IRA, as there are no such things as "Roth Bonds and Bills." And, again, buying only debt (whether governmental or corporate, I have no idea what you're talking about here) fails the diversification test.
Honestly, please stop giving investment advice. You have very little idea what you're going on about.

edit: I should also point out that "passive growth from bonds and bills" is an oxymoron, as these investments don't "grow" in the commonly understood sense (i.e., growth vs. value). They're intended to provide current returns via the receipt of interest payments.

Blame Nvidia who wasn’t able to police itself and sold a ‘dumbed down’ version to the Chinese market that wasn’t exactly dumbed down enough for the American government.
This is the problem with libertarianism. Letting businesses do anything they want sounds great, but then they go do shit like sell bleeding-edge technology to our enemies or start pushing tranny pills at the mothers of toddlers.

take all the money you were going to spend on day trading, turn 360 degrees and walk away from your computer, then stuff the money under your mattress

congratulations, you've just earned more money than 99% of day traders

Part of the problem is a culture of self-righteous C-suites who think China is all Hong Kong and Shanghai and fails to understand that the government, despite its convenient embrace of the free market and all its shallow implementations towards improving the lives of its populace, hates the West and all that it represents.

Minor PL but I audited an ethics class several years ago and I couldn’t believe some of the students’ answer to visiting a certain country that doesn’t treat people equally. They came up with elaborate schemes to try to placate the local culture while maintaining their virtue signaled façade of morality. Thankfully one student stood up and said he would not do business in that country and the professor congratulated him for giving the right answer.

I mean yeah $400 is like 1/5th of my weekly paycheck.
lol oh you absolute baller, you! We got us a financial guru over here, folks! I know truckers who make more than you. Personally, I earn slightly less than you. I don't feel constrained, I'm almost debt free and quite comfortable. Of course, I'm also not pulling a "these people don't know about my market skillz" all over the thread. Maybe because I'm not insecure about my life in the face of strangers on the internet? But that's probably just a personal quirk.

But still, I think I'll seek financial wisdom elsewhere. I'm probably too unsophisticated for the world of high finance you inhabit, anyways, right? I mean, you probably read ZeroHedge!
these people.webp

what about hiring someone who looks and acts like the upper caste in the country and having them be your contact in the country? you know, like what real companies do? is that also a right answer?

Just stumbled on this update video of the US Mexico Boarder between Arizona and Mexico. Seems everything is on the up and up, here is a nice video of a Tuber I admire.

The Sheriff mentioned that activity at the boarder immediately ceased when word that if Donald Trump was elected there would be consequences. Who'd a thunk? They also go into more detail about how much welfare was being spent in 2023 for immigrant facilities. Couple hundred billion and 10 million a day per tent thanks to Contractors and contracted companies. We really need to stop outsourcing these kinds of things.

Edit:
Hectors testimonial as a customs agent is exceptionally enlightening.

Follow what Pelosi does and do whatever she's doing. (She illegally uses insider trading information but is immune to prosecution due to her position.)
Follow what Cramer says to do and do the opposite. (He's paid by the big firms to create bag holders for them.)

Aim for a 3 fund portfolio https://www.bogleheads.org/wiki/Three-fund_portfolio
or a lazy portfolio https://www.bogleheads.org/wiki/Lazy_portfolios https://www.optimizedportfolio.com/lazy-portfolios/

And laugh at the stupid day traders.

this is not financial advice.

And then people try to privately boycott Israel, and you see all that lolbert stuff go right up in smoke within seconds.
