That is if J is still working her salary and work info is public since its in a university.

Late AF, but I didn’t see anyone else mentioning that Juliana is probably a
terrible secretary. Beyond just being insufferable.
I can guarantee that she only still has a job because it's almost impossible to lose a university job, no matter how badly you perform. Asking for a bidet and to eat all day, then basically forcing them to let her continue to work from home did her no favors.
Look at how much less she's making per year than her coworkers and the national average.
She's always made terrible money. I will say she's had some really good raises between 2020 and 2023. But for her to still be making less than $40K a year at this stage in her career is shocking.
I don't know if Kansas universities work like the ones in my state, but here raises happen yearly and they're based on your performance reviews, called merit raises and the highest is around the 3% mark. That rate may depend on the department, TBF.
You also are classed as level 1-4 here, moving up a level is a bigger raise, as is moving to a new position in your department. Juliana is maybe a level 2.
2020 seems to be when she started at UK.
She made more in 2010 than she did 10 years later, but still a whole lot less than the average. You literally made more working fast food around the same time.
