So now its DV and Rape Allegations.
I guess Aaron will get that HRO now.
Don't leave out how after his
May 11th thinly veiled death threats against
@ItsAaronIgnoreMe, last night he again unabashedly doubled down on a disturbing obsession with the topic of having him whacked:
IIRC there was also some point in the stream where MAPton flat-out said that Nick had told MAPton that he wishes Aaron were dead. I'm waiting for the VOD to fully encode with a transcript but it's in there, discoverable from YouTube servers regardless of whether it gets deleted or not.
Ooh ooh and also don't leave out how the above May 13th psychotic break wasn't even doubling down on the May 11th psychotic break and was actually
tripling down, since Nick also failed to delete a May 12th tweet again disturbingly obsessed with the topic of imminent violence only temporarily withheld for the time being, adding up to one per day for three days in a row:
[X] [A1] [A2]
Now I know what you're thinking, surely Nick's cope for those second and third rounds will be that he was um-ackshually pointing out how he
didn't and indeed
wouldn't ever do such a thing, but
fortunately for normal, sane individuals living in a society of laws, a district court judge's mind is a rocky place where Nick's trite "I never said
that!" semantics' seed will find no purchase. Instead, the test would be whether a hypothetical objectively reasonable person in Aaron's shoes could feel intimidated by these statements' tacit insinuation that Nick has had the instrumentalities and/or criminal connections geared up to unleash violence whenever he ceases to be so gracious as to have not unleashed them,
so far.
At this point eligibility for an HRO is quite simply in the bag, so if Aaron
still doesn't go get one anyway, it could only be because A) he doesn't like the PR hit of Diddlerverse retards characterizing readily available legal recourse as a "bitch move," and/or B) he doesn't like the financial hit inherent in how gagging Nick would cuck everybody (including us) out of very entertaining content. Either motivation to hold off would be entirely understandable from a career standpoint, but FFS man, come on, there has to be
some point where a family's safety from an obvious stark-raving lunatic is of paramount importance.
