I'm considering filing an emergency motion to whap you on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper.

Yes. Stilp v. Borough of West Chester (reason.com, courtlistener) holds that there is no reason to plagiarize the work of another lawyer. Russ will likely argue that he's not a lawyer, he's a pro se paralegal person retard so please Mr. Judge just let this slide.
I know I'm nitpicking, but Mr. Greer refers to himself as a pro se person
He's using mental health therapy "person first" language to hammer home those I'M A REAL PERSON AND I HAVE FEELS (The people I do not like and the people I lust after are not and do not, but that's not relevant) diatribes he likes to go on.
He reeks of bad therapy that he ditches the second they challenge him.

Don't make me link the devil's hitler! (can you imagine greer trying to handle that hitler lol)

The amount of effortposting in Greer's latest gives me good hope for the paying of at least the filing fee. I don't want off mr bone's wild ride, not yet.
pro se person
Isn't that technically a really bad insult? a pro se person is someone who only is alive because people took pity on his poverty ..... oh, I get it.

I'm being nitpickier; this is identity-first language. Person first would have been "a person who is pro se".

Unrelated but more relevant to the thread: @Potentially Criminal I really need you to do a stream about Greer's response because I am not law brained enough to fully comprehend the arguments he's attempting and why they're incorrect.

I can't pick out the times he's committed the thing to paper, but he's done it more than once and it always jarred me when I read it. He does it intentionally, considering he worked for 5 years for the right to call himself a paralegal but chooses person.

@a hapless toad Yes, of course. My mistake. Thank you for correcting me. Mea culpa.

Like when he tried to hand wave the IFP review by just saying it wasn't relevant. As long as he has the correct phrase or combination of words, he wins!
And in his mind that mentality is true. It's like when children mimic something they've seen without actually understanding the mechanics behind it.
He watched an adult do it, and it worked for them.

I think deep down that's basically all there is to it. Russ can't reason through these things, and so he's stuck imitating what he sees and hoping it will work for him,

And it likely did, all the way through college.

It explains how he does lawshit, and his brothel dreams, and so much more.

I'm not sure on the specifics but wouldn't a lawyer basically ghost writing a pro se litigant's motions be an actual thing they could be disbarred for?
Incredibly unlikely, and without some additional aggravating factors (like the lawyer using the litigant as a stalking horse to harass the other party, or to advance flagrantly non-meritorious claims) it would not be sanctionable in general.

I literally check this every time he mentions it to see if he's not lying this time. Every time the police informs me that he is in fact lying.

This is a joke.
Did you check with Winnemucca PD and Humboldt County Sheriff? Obviously since that's where he was stalked maybe he filed there.
This concludes the joke.

It's forbidden to do that in the 10th Circuit, and lawyers have been threatened with sanctions over it. See, for example, Duran v. Carris, 238 F. 3d 1268 (10th Cir. 2001) (holding that ghost writing is impermissible and threatening sanctions)

Plaintiff Russell Greer said he is trying to pursue criminal charges, not that charges have actually been filed. This is plainly true, because Plaintiff Russell Greer has been writing a motion report for the police over the last two months. It is frankly frivolous and irrelevant for opposing janny to nitpick every word Plaintiff writes like this, and sanctions will be pursued against them.

I suppose there's an explanation for why that wellfare check his brother supposedly called on him because we supposedly bullied Russ into suicide never happened either?

The court will also acknowledge that Mr. Greer is his government appointed slave name, plaintiff is in fact a traveller currently occupying the body of the one whom the state recognises as Russel 'Shitlips' Greer.
Mr. Greer is amusingly retarded enough without SovShitting it up.
Would be funny, though.

Null did say court cases are decided by emotion.

Can Greer successfully convince the court (despite the court's prior best efforts to win his case for him) he is a schizo and/or manipulative liar instead of a poor (no whores, no brothel, broke limp dick loser) drooling retard bullying victim of a stalking site?

He shouldn't let this BIAS-ADDLED defense lawyer get away with this! :^)
