Yeah, Dipshitforlips definitely DID NOT have help with this one. It's pure Greer from sloppy start to finish.

So, I'm not a law guy, but can someone tell me: is there even going to be a trial? Didn't it close because Greer didn't respond on time?

Greer did respond in time, he submitted his stupid reply the night of Monday the 12th. So the matter proceeds.

Maybe I'm being a Greer here (aka "retard"), but why would it be the defendant's responsibility to present this to the court?

Remember: Greer has explicitly stated that he thought Hardin was supposed to be "a true neutral third party" (actual quote!) in this mishegoss. And in GreerWorld, thought and emotion creates reality.

Everyone else is already dissecting the rest, so I have to ask...

Particularly when the court has agreed to let Greer use the clerk as a "free-filing" unit 9000

Like all this shit he is sending to court, is any judge even going to read it?
There's not going to be a trial. I'd say it's extremely likely a dismissal with prejudice is on the way, in fact. Depending on how vindictive Null is feeling, Hardin may also go after Greer for sanctions and fees. Of course Greer will appeal everything to the 10th circuit and waste even more time so don't get too excited. Even though the 10th is likely to uphold dismissal it'll take them at least half a year to get round to it.

"plaintiff will probably just tell you to suck my retard cock"

Is it legally possible for null just to be fucking awarded his copyright? I want him to own that stupid fucking book and that shitty fucking music.
greer fucking conveniently forgets that the only reason his book ever made it to the google drive is because the fucking r-tard made the entire thing available as the “sample” on his own fucking amazon listing.

Regardless of whether the judge grants the extension this time, I still would love to see Hardin submit a response that is short and to the point, comprising only a single half-page saying: "My client is the DEFENDANT and he has the RIGHT to DEFEND himself AGGRESSIVELY in this nearly-five-year-old case."

When is the sanction due v. the filing fee due? If he needs to pay the sanction first and can't afford it...then he can't afford the filing fee either. Whatever he has should go to the sanction bill first as far as my useless opinion is concerned.

e: Oh wait, I misread. He's going back on being able to afford the filing fee not the sanction. Holy shit, lol. Good luck with that. The judge could not have given you any more chances to take an offramp and you didn't take them. "Yes your honor I totally lied right to your face over and over and over but the defendants are being assholes so you're okay with me changing my story now, right?"

I can't decide which legal cow I love more

Greer or Stebbins (Acerthorn)

I wonder if they can get together and have a love child so I might be continue to be entertained in my winter years,
Has to be Stebbins, his filings are hilariously, manically unhinged.
Greer is more frustrating, in the way he is *trying* to be a competent litigator but just seethes about suicides that provably had nothing to do with the farms.
