also, has he not been renting the place out since he's not been living there?

he claimed to have been renting it out to his aunt for an unspecified period but she became ill and couldn't live there or something. He mentioned a few months ago during one of his begathon vids that he couldn't rent it out to someone random because he's responsible if the toilet breaks or some other issues occur and he lives across the country so that's impossible. Said it would be unfair to expect his parents to do that at their age, which is kinda funny since when they went to visit him in Seattle they spent the entire time fixing up his place and doing his chores.

I caught like 20 minutes of his Mass Effect 3 stream earlier. Already looks like a classic TIHYDP in the making, between him getting stuck on shitty puzzles and dying over and over while trying to play it like an FPS. Hilarious how he had been hyping it up and defending the game from criticism and that 'you couldn't judge the game in just 10 hours' but he was outright calling the game 'fucking terrible' throughout the session I caught. I guess he was defending it because he thought it was going to cause a spike in his Twitch viewers. Nope. Still hovering at 200-300.

He owes over 100K? My theory was wrong. Based on a 20% down, a government interest rate, and 30 year term he should owe 104K. I based my figures on a 15 year. He should try renting it out for sure. To be honest, if like to see the guy either crash and burn or make good decisions.

I wonder how much he is locked into the townhouse. Also, he needs to be nearby the property or rent it out to a person for a reduced rate if they do their own repairs.

You can have a property management company do it. They'll find tenants, collect rent, and take care of inspections/upkeep/small repairs for a percentage of the rent revenue. Better than trusting a tenant.

Right. Which is odd. I'm not sure on exactly how long the place has been sitting empty but it's been numerous months at the minimum. So why hasn't he explored that avenue? the only reason I can think of and one that is likely accurate is that he's just too lazy to go through the process. Which means he was never hurting as financially as he would like people to think.

The condo has been sitting there for about 3 years now.
Ever wonder if someone is squatting in there? Could you imagine how it smells in there since it hasnt been aired out in a while? Also, I would be worried if I left a property I was still paying on having something going on with it and I wouldnt know about it.

He supposedly rented it out to an Aunt but that could be a lie. I think there's a good possibility that his parents are paying the mortgage on that condo right now.

Not sure you'd be allowed to rent out a condo. He would have to get approved by the condo association, otherwise the building would be full of Air BnB's.

I think it's just very odd for somebody to not sell their home before moving into another (assuming they are not rich or something). He really fucked himself not paying off the condo when he was making good money in 2011/2012.

What is the place he's living in now worth? Presumably he's going to have to downsize, also, has he not been renting the place out since he's not been living there?
What i have seen the value of where he is living now have gone up with at least 10k since he bought it.

in the pictures dated January 2017 the condo was completely bare. Why would the furniture etc be removed if his aunt had been living there?

His aunt moved out a long time ago due to illness. His condo might be leaseable, it all depends on his HOA agreement. It is his property so it's more likely they allow it than say an apartment landlord.

I believe it's been recently opened up and aired out as the listing says it has fresh paint and new carpet. Unless they mean fresh years ago and new years ago; those two things don't need done often and the wear would be minimal so maybe that would be a white lie.

Lastly there's an indication that his parents have partial ownership (as in cosigned ) as he madd it sound like he discussed the sale with them and his mortgage lender and the realtor simutaneously. Of course that could just be because his parents are in the area and a good contact and not indicative that they have an ownership interest.

The SOK endure a highly edited Vlog

So he wants to talk politics but he's being purposely vague so his beggees don't run away.
We don't even know where he stands politically and what is the first thing about his beliefs. (or maybe we do, but he's afraid of endorsing them publicly because it might get him kicked out of whatever last chance network he's in)
Talk about "zero bullshit"

Well. He doesn't seem like an awkward person at all...
