Just wondering if Pxie could use that as an avenue if her lawyers get their ass into gear and that's entered into the filing/records.

Yeah that's the thing I suspect a large part of Destiny's legal strategy hinges on being able to intimidate and humiliate people using his audience and his public positions.

I was a bit confused when Sean/PC said Destiny can say what he wants like that Pxie is full of shit etc. I would've thought the best thing would be to not comment about it at all or especially antagonize the plaintiff in anyway or do several hour long streams going over your own case and opining on the court docs and law.
