Even if they had one privately, Clio suddenly stopping raiding into her friends will only breed rrats (especially with Clio explicitly pointing out that she won't be leaving them or anything) so from a PR standpoint it would make sense to let her raid Mako.

Clio might not have, but I'm pretty sure one of the other Phase girls did not too long ago (like within the last three weeks). I doubt they'd make a stipulation for one streamer but not the other.

There's gotta be so much behind-the-scenes touchiness that goes on between streamers involving raids... if you raid somebody bigger than you it's clout-chasing; if they're smaller, you're mogging; if you don't raid your friend there's beef; if you raid your friend too much then other streamers think you're showing favoritism... there's no winning with all that cuntiness. In the handful of years I've watched twitch streams I've seen most streamers just do their best to never raid the same stream twice consecutively. Unwritten rules that everybody there knows, I suspect.

They foreshadow a lot, but everything is still incredibly vague and disjointed until it comes together at the end of Act 2. I think the most likely scenario, is that she was probably spoiled by random asshole chatters from previous playthrough streams and started to put things together based on spoiled bits she unintentionally had to see.

Some of the stuff is easy to guess based on foreshadowing and the naming conventions of things, oh and also if you look up the lyrics to some of the songs in english/know frogspeak.
