The Hardship... is merciful
The man really is a class act. He has singlehandedly improved my perception of the profession. Not drastically, mind you. But he has made me a bit less cynical. UM did, too.

It's hard out here for a pimp
Last time I needed a something notarized, I just went to my local library. Dumb librarians didn't even charge me!

My brothel fund saved 2 bucks!

Needs to be Nevada since he's in Las vegas
Either way, he's a broke boy. But not too broke for filing fees!

Getting a letter notarized is about as easy of a task as you could accomplish. A most basic and uncomplicated requirement. He could have it done in 30 minutes if he started writing the letter right now.
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but in my limited experience doesn't every bank and credit union in goddamn existence have a notary on hand? Banks he, as a supposedly rich-ish-maybe-sorta person looking to buy property, going to go to anyways to, I dunno, NOTARIZE?

You can go to UPS and notarize and mail at the same place. Notarization scares retards. People won't get cheap M1 Garands because they don't know how to sign and notarize something for the CMP

I can't believe I overlooked this:

Fucker never even tried calling the Utah courthouse or emailing the Clerk. No no no, he filed a motion to the seven-year-old case of which Hardin is trying to get a copy.

He really does not understand normal human communication. All he knows is "file lawsuit," "file motion," and "leave bad Google review."

P.S. Now he'll have to pay extra for the copies because the motion he just filed IS PART OF THE CASE NOW BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That seems very reasonable, outline why he definitely still has to do it but extend the grace to give him time to actually get it done, even though he’d already had the time.
I get the feeling that every time Hardin goes too hard on Russ, the court doesn't like it.

So, yeah, unfortunately. I don't like it, but it is what it is.

Greer imagining that he can just portray it as a monumental task and no other party in the case knows how to get something notarized.
Maybe a trained paralegal could show him how to get a letter notarized.

He just keeps digging himself a bigger hole.
The Hardship... is merciful
Man, this Hardin is a stand up guy, willing to lend Greer a shovel.

Hardin's response is basically "We want to see this document so much, we're totally willing to be patient and afford Plaintiff more time to do deal with this hurdle he has encountered so he can produce it."

Bit by bit, Hardin chips away at Russ's excuses.

Remember, his entire life he's been rewarded for being retarded. He has a direct financial incentive to pretend to be retarded and hope an adult will step in and tard guard him. It has always worked before.

If he pretends to be retarded long enough they'll stop asking for these documents he's being forced to provide, or give them to him for free, or pay for him to get them if they really need them. That was why he hinted at Hardin about it. That's what the adults in his life are supposed to do.

Such is the life of the pathetic gimpfaced retard.

Hardin is treating Russ as a peer. I think he'd do the same thing for an actual lawyer that just wanted some more time to relieve important documents from the mail. There's no way Russ can claim he's been unfair aside from the fact that Hardin is a far more effective litigator and knows how to tie his opponent in knots.

It's also cutting off a bullshit appeal at it's root before Russface can even think of it. "I wasn't given enough TIME, your honor!" (Ignore the fact it took him 9 days to even START TRYING.)

Well, now he has 2 more weeks to figure it out. Good luck Russ! When you fail, and you will, what will your excuse be then? "It was just too much of a hardship to pay a reasonable filing fee and did I mention my plights? Also I intentionally set up meetings on my whorehouse fantasy brothel life when I should have been doing this because that's way more fun."

He can contact Ty Beard. He specializes in fraudulent notarizations.
This one would be extra fraudulent given Ty's notary commission is from Texas.

That's very magnanimous of him. Wrong, I think, given that Russel is not a peer, but magnanimous just the same, I guess.

Uh-oh greerbros....I don't feel so good.
How big are those trauma-lumps now? Holy shit this is the cure I needed for my shitty week!

1. Look at the way he BLAMES RUTH for declining to postpone his presentation to May 20th, by accusing her of giving "short term notice" that she wouldn't do so when he requested it at the last fucking minute.
2. "Irrelevant" should be on the bingo card. We do have one, right? Right?
3. The sentence collapses as he tries to invoke the stalking site yet again, "as an attorney the conversation onto the stalking site."
Let's talk about the real hero of this mini-arc: Ruth. How satisfying do you think it was for her to send that entire Nevada Public Records spiel over to Shitlips after he came in to screech about "muh consent"

Also, seconding the Bingo Card plan, but players have to drool on each spot when they get a hit.

Motion to Alter the Deal, Pray I Don't Alter It Further

He doesn't need to. Ruth helpfully spelled it out for him in the final email!
Let's not act like he'll understand, even after Ruth slapped him upside the head with it.

The amount of Russ fuckups this month alone has been hilarious.
And it's only the 15th!!! :story:

He really does not understand normal human communication. All he knows is "file lawsuit," "file motion," and "leave bad Google review."

Additionally: slurp they syllables and lie
You guys forgot: make hooker PowerPoints.

Based on the how the Judge was during the hearing, I am also Positive Polly that we're on the verge of actual consequences happening to God's Favorite Retard.
