This might be the most jaw-dropping thing I've ever seen in regards to Russ.

This is staggering recalcitrance. The paper trail is so fucking perfect, it's suicidal.
It's far from Russhole's first fabrication of bogus evidence. Years ago, he filed a blatant forgery of a letter purportedly from Dennis Hof.
I dunno, have you seen the property prices in rural NV?
This isn't just random empty property. It's very scarce property actually zoned for potential use for legal prostitution. The municipality would probably do whatever it could to block that, but at least to certain purchasers, it would have considerably more value than some random patch of sand.
Ok, Waylon, do you REALLY want to be associated with Russell Greer?
I doubt Waylon chose to be associated with Ratface, who often latches onto people like this and constantly Ccs them with plights and bullshit.

Can all of this shit, past and present, be used by Hardin to try and get Shitlips labeled vexatious? Or is that limited to specific sets of behavior only?

GREER YOU NIGGER YOU BROUGHT IT UP!
AND NOW YOU SAY ITS NOT RELEVENT

How Null doesn't publicly call him a fucking retard every day is a masterclass in restraint
I cannot wait for the MATI episode on this case. Literal YEARS of pent up rage waiting to explode on that one. He should bring Sean in to it so that he can add his lawyerly tism to the dumpster fire.

That's very magnanimous of him. Wrong, I think, given that Russel is not a peer, but magnanimous just the same, I guess.
You don't win any points by being a jackass about trivialities. Hardin has been quite aggressive about things that actually matter.
Speaking of, if anybody wants to organize an Edible Arrangement for miss Ruth, I'd chip in a couple of bucks.
Nice idea, but as an appointed officer of the government, she is probably prohibited from accepting gifts.

Does it cost $0.50 per certified page and have a $4 certification fee?
Buy the document
Watermark it with PROVIDED BY AND FOR KIWI FARMS on every page
Optional: Anthro Dragon Lawyer art on each page
See if Russ decides to upload it?

I'd say "modify the document to make fun of Russ" and see if he just uploads it sight unseen but that might be considered less than amusing by the judges.

You can't actually use altered documents in court filings. Generally, while some lawyers appear to file things like printouts straight from PACER, if you're actually relying on a document, it should be certified by the court with a stamp on it.

That's another reason for watermarking it if you're a litigant who wants to post documents online. You still get to fuck the other side by making them pay for a certified copy.

As a public employee, she is likely prohibited from accepting it. Very early on, I got a small, couple-dollar box of mint chocolates for a couple of clerks that did me a solid, and they told me that they couldn't accept any gifts, even ones of minimal value.

Also, many banks will have a notary on staff available for their customers to use at no charge.

... That IS a funniest idea.

I think we won't see anything from the judge until Monday. Close of business in Utah courts is 4:30 PM there.
Sure, but the court could just give a one sentence docket order to Greer's request today either granting it or not. They've done that before and Hardin did submit that the defense is okay with Greer being given additional time.

If only he knew another lawyer who had years of experience talking about what a retard Greer is. Oh well.
Don't think its wise for Hardin to be on MATI. The Farms' lawyer needs to have some degree of professional separation from the client. It could also come very close to being a breach of professional ethics. Not entirely, but it does create impropriety.

And can probably get Sean to stream for a couple sandwiches.
