Weird, because you told us all that Trump would be imprisonned, and that biden would have full control of the house and senate already.

Just making sure
Even people who support Trump are waving the white flag now. We can expect a Summer of Love 2.0 that makes the St. Floyd riots look like a playground slapfight which will likely lead to Trump getting overthrown by commies. The collapse will happen quickly and painfully.

I have never envied the elderly more than I do now.

Keep in mind this is the kind of big brained legal "analysis" coming from the finest sheboons the U.S Supreme Court has to offer.

I guess it's kind of fitting a country comprised of mostly retards is also ruled over by retards though. Sad.

Is this about wetbacks? Why the fuck wouldn't we just send them back over the border? Preferably via cannon.

They're just delaying until November 2026 when they will hand the House and Senate back to the Democrats. The Trump admin is spiraling out of control
I know you're a meme, but the one thing I do hate is that there's no legislation taking place to cement any of this. The only hope I have is that we're still relatively fresh into a presidency and we might still see some shit actually get put into law rather than just mom's boyfriend laying down the law before he fucks off again in 4 years.

Russ Vought explains the bill perfectly:

You can't just parkour out of the hole the country has dug itself into. We need to first get back in shape, which is what the bill does. Get the fuck over your "muh debt ceiling" and "muh solar panels in Texas" like Chip Soy is bitching about. These faggot meatballs willing to politically martyr themselves for "true conservatism" need to be deported along with all the rapefugees.

Meanwhile idiots will comment saying that the bill is actually bad, but not explain why it's bad

I think libertarianism works better as an impulse to try and minimize the role of government, rather than let it expand, than it does as a formal ruleset.

It can't possibly exist as a ruleset because you could never get two libertarians to agree as to what that ruleset should be. They're rivaled only by the communists in how quickly they can splinter into tinier groups and factions that hate each other as much as anyone else.

Scizo time,I'm starting to think this is the punishment for stopping Hitler. We get to experience why he came to power then understand why he did what he did as a new one is created.

Let's stay the fuck out of it this time. The most involved I want the US to have is returning all of the fleeing liberals who created the laws being used to oppress them back to whatever Eurohomo hellhole they crawled out of. The rocket scientists can stay though. That worked out pretty well for us last time.

Arthur Bremer, the guy who shot George Wallace during the presidential elections of 1972 is now free.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - Arthur Bremer, the gunman convicted of shooting former Alabama Governor George C. Wallace is now free, exactly 53 years to the day after the attempted assassination.

The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services confirmed Thursday morning that Bremer had completed his sentence.

Bremer shot Wallace on May 15, 1972, while he was campaigning for president in Laurel, Maryland.

He was convicted in August of that year and initially served a 35-year prison sentence before being released on parole in 2007. His parole has now ended.

Washington, D.C. — In a monumental win for gun owners, the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR) and Texas Gun Rights (TXGR) have forced the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to back down in their assault on Forced Reset Triggers (FRTs).

As part of a settlement agreement signed Friday, under the new administration, the DOJ and ATF have agreed to drop all three ongoing lawsuits, return all seized or surrendered FRTs, and pledge to keep their hands off FRTs in the future, as long as they meet the legal definition upheld in a summary judgment ruling issued by Federal District Court Judge Reed O’Connor in NAGR v Garland last summer.

“This is one of the most stunning victories in the history of the gun rights movement. We didn’t just beat the ATF — we put them in a submission hold, and they tapped out,” said Dudley Brown, President of the National Association for Gun Rights. “This decision marks a new era of holding the DOJ and ATF accountable when they trample the rights of law-abiding gun owners. We made them give back what they took, and that’s a precedent they’ll never forget.”
Good gun news today though.

Did any of you guys actually look into the supreme court decision? It's not particularly substantive, they were just like 24 hours isn't enough notice, then kicked it back down.
The issue I'm having is the media is going to run with this hard if the Trump admin keeps deporting people, and their overzealous followers will push the "He's literally breaking supreme court ruling guys this is insane" narrative like they did with the Garcia ruling. If 2016 to 2020 taught me anything is that if enough people scream misinformation as true for that long then the general populace will start believing some of it.

Well it's obvious people will be going with that narrative: Fatpacks came back in the thread because of the ruling!
