I want to preface that I do NOT regret top surgery at all. It was medically necessary and I'm so happy I convinced my parents to pay for it.

However, I'm kind of confused about some of the incisions.... it seems there was some kind of hashtag pattern made? And what looks suspiciously like X's and O's in between? In fact, you can see three O's in a row in pic number 15. I'm sure it's some kind of medical necessity.

Also, fun story to tell my grandkids: my nipple fell off and my dog ate it. Oops! Well, I was never gonna use them anyway amirite?

I'm much more of a woman than any cis woman is. HRT has given me bigger tits than the majority of cis women have.
