Emergency personnel are responding to an explosion near the American Reproductive Centers building in Palm Springs, California.
The incident has rattled homes and startled residents, part of the USA TODAY Network, reported. Some residents are reporting smoke and an odor, according to the outlet.
Palm Springs Police Department told the Desert Sun said the explosion at about 11 a.m. local time in downtown Palm Springs, which was felt as far as 2 miles away, appears to be a car explosion by the American Reproductive Centers clinic. Lt. William Hutchinson said that there appears to be at least one fatality.
"Everything is in question, whether this is an act of terrorism," he said on the scene.
Palm Springs Police and Fire crews are currently on the scene. The city of Palm Springs advised residents to stay away from the area so that emergency crews can work the incident.
According to it's website, American Reproductive Centers started in 2006 and is "Coachella Valley’s first and only full-service fertility center & IVF lab."

This is a developing story

So if I understand this right there a entire philosophical believe that is : pissed off for being born and living but too big of a pussy to commit suicide? So go on Reddit or another forum and bitch about it every day.
For the most part. The first time I recall hearing something this was Robert Smith of the Cure. He responded on why he wasn't a parent and said he wouldn't force life onto someone else because he didn't have his own choice in being born.

The only rational response to this is just "why don't you kill yourself faggot"
I believe he has answered this in his manifesto as follows:
The least this fucking goddamn society could do is give people a right to a graceful way out, you know, not force them to jump off a goddamn building or shoot themselves in the fucking head or strangle themselves, you know, pretty common method. Whatever the fuck. Drink sodium nitrite, you know. I know people think getting shot in the head and drinking sodium nitrite, these methods are considered like nice or better methods or whatever, but they're really not. I mean, getting shot in the head, pretty messy. Also, like, yes, it's easy to put the gun to your head, but like actually pulling the trigger, a little scary, I must say.
And the sodium nitrite thing, you know, that's become a popular method, obviously. It's not like totally, it's not completely peaceful. It does make your stomach feel pretty shitty. And, you know, I'm just saying it causes some pretty, you know, kind of gross symptoms. So, yeah, fuck these assholes that would say like, oh, you can just shoot yourself. You do have a right to die. I've heard people say shit like this. It's such a myopic fucking view. It's so shitty. So insensitive.

I haven't heard anyone talking about this shit since the 90's. It was common in the 'edgy teen' circles and VHEMT (Voluntary Human Extinction Movement) was doing the rounds. https://www.vhemt.org/

So weird to see younger generations still embracing this concept that your life has no meaning, value or purpose and you should just neck yourself as soon as possible. I guess it's always gonna be attractive to teens who are outcasts and feel they don't fit in, but still so weird to see adults pushing this shit on teens instead of helping them get into adulthood. Choosing not to have kids is one thing, but choosing to end your life before it has even begun is a whole other level of nuts.
