The single biggest reason I don't believe Jackie is a troll, in the sense she friends with Owen or something like that, is she would have had better opsec. She is genuinely dumber than Rick is she decided to jump headfirst into the Pattyverse with the amount of easily traceable footprint she left.

I don't know, man...all the people at my gym that have built a lot of muscle and aren't "anything remotely resembling obese" don't look like they're using one of their chins to cosplay as George Lucas.
I suspect this Patrick guy is not being honest with us, isn't happy with himself or his wife (who probably smells like a G.I. bleed all the time these days), and is likely quite overweight.

I just finished the interview, it’s actually pretty insightful and convincing. I gotta give it to Dan, I’ve never listened to his podcast before but he’s pleasant to listen to and did a great job walking through the main points with her. Grifter or not, she sounds way more convincing than Pat and she actually gets his number on a few things about his personality. I like how they mention Pat warning Javier not to interview the other side, and I like how Jackie reiterates that she stopped engaging with Pat after she felt like he was dangerous. I’m interested to see what comes of her saying she’s working on something to do with bernell trammel- I’ve said it before but I unironically believe Pat did it.

The part that stuck out to me was Jackie's mention that she spent 17 years as a black woman in a corporate job, and therefore learned how to incessantly keep receipts. I can believe it. Many of us have worked around enough of these strong independent wimmen to know that you'd better not fuck around with em. Not necessarily because they're particularly cunning - but they are spiteful, and they do have you by the balls. One typo here or one "accidentally" misfiled document there, and you could be in for a real procedural pain in the ass somewhere down the line when you least expect it. No ma'am; it's far less effort to just smile and nod and give her what she wants.
