I know this as lore in this case, and search isnt the worlds greatest....Does anyone know where he said this? And has that evidence ever been presented as argument for sanctions? It might be a good time to repost it.

I am absolutely awful at searching for pictures on this site, but it was made before the initial filing that got kicked out and created the appeal heard across the world. A Facebook post, if I recall. Sorry I can't be more precise. Old and...well just old. Possibly demented.

Mr. Hardin has been made aware of those comments at least twice if not more.

Also for Greer to even apply for the Brothel License he needs to pay $10,692 annually payable in quarterly installments of $2,673

That's a $1,500 Filling Fee + $9,192 for area ($150 per 100 sq ft, the building is 6128 sq ft per county records)
Winnemucca Code of Ordinances
12.080 - Brothel license fee.

Every person engaged in operating a house of prostitution or any other establishment permitted by Section 9.12.030, whether or not alcoholic beverages are sold, shall obtain a license and pay in quarterly installments the following annual fee:
Brothel - $1,500 plus area fee,
For each one hundred square feet or fraction thereof of the occupied structure - $150

I think the original brothel cul-de-sac that Gilman owns is within 400 yards of a church, guessing it's grandfathered in potentially? Or is Winnemucca doomed to never have any brothels again until Greer bulldozes a church?

Greer did bring the $150 per 100 sq ft up in an email to Winnemucca where expressed he felt that it wasn't very fair, so he is at least aware of the additional fees that go into starting a brothel.

I found a new piece of the puzzle

Looking at the parcel map which I used to calculate the square area of the building, I just noticed the motel is literally owned by the Lithium mine which gives context to his seemingly random mention of Miners in his powerpoint.

To be fair, he hasn't actually applied for a License yet. He's just trying to bully a town council into changing zoning laws.

However this does put a firm number on "funds Greer expects to have for his business ventures", which is relevant to the request to review IFP. I think this explains his May 14th creation of a different LLC, with Huber added to it.

Previously, Hardin said Greer controlled an LLC where he was the sole member, and that LLC was seeking to buy real estate. That suggests Greer had the money to pay for real estate and therefore also court costs. Hardin could add this license fee to the amount the LLC expects to pay up front, even if it doesn't yet have the $100k on hand for real estate. It would be very hard for Greer to argue he doesn't have that money, without allowing the Court and Hardin to examine the finances of his LLC, and potentially sink his brothel schemes.

But now, his LLC has another member on it! Greer can pretend that Huber is the money guy who can pay for all sorts of fees, real estate, and business deals, while Greer himself is just the poor IFP pro se plaintiff. If Hardin presses the LLC issue, Greer can protest that Huber's privacy is being violated; surely the Court would just let him off the hook rather than persecute a neutral 3rd party business partner. He can have his cake, and whore it out too!

I'm doubling down on my theory that Greer has not yet told Scott Shady or Huber that he's trying to involve them in brothel business. In fact, I wonder if listing Huber as W.H. on the LLC was to prevent Huber himself from finding out he's on the LLC, not Hardin or KF.

This may all sound like a retarded, illegal scheme, but really it's just Russtarded.

But remember, Huber was CC'd on some of those emails to Ruth, in April and even leading up to the meeting, including the day of, and after.

I do notice he was NOT CC'd on this one:

But I'm not sure he can credibly claim not to be involved. In fact, even though it's maybe/probably not strictly necessary for the Greer v. Moon case, Hardin could legally request any and all communications between this Huber guy and the City Council under the public records law. You don't even need a reason, right? Because it's public record.

I think you're 100% on the money with this.

My own theory (obviously without any direct evidence) is Rusty contacted Huber about real estate, and was told something along the lines of "Sure, I'd be happy to help". You know, some basic pleasantry that any real estate broker would say if you contacted them out of the blue. Ol' gimpface probably interpreted this as Huber agreeing to join his LLC, and then listed him as a member.

Sure, it's a retarded theory, but when dealing with a drooling retard like Russ, the stupidest explanation is probably the most likely.

I'm wondering if this is Greer doing his 'they politely replied to my inquiry, so they are obviously fully on board with my entire plan, which I did not tell them about' thing he does.
Real estate agents are, in my experience, an interesting type of greedy. So if Greer, with all his bluster, emails this man who he envies because that wife should have been Greer's saying I HAVE A BUSINESS PROPOSAL THAT COULD NET YOU A LOT OF CASH.....Who can say?
