Former law clerk (non-USA, but from a similar legal tradition).

There is a VERY REAL chance that the judge saw the filing/procedural issues, and decided that on the balance of probability the defendant was likely to harass those individuals if their identities were revealed.

In other words, because Destiny has publically used Pixies name (even though she filed under Jane Doe) + recently publically admitting to wanting to kill people, they have possibly overlooked procedural issues in order to protect witnesses.

Correct me if I am wrong (lite coin lawyer here) but a few points

• JSTK and Kuihman are certainly related insofar as they were connecting witnesses behind the scene (moreso JSTLK) and covering the allegations in depth on stream daily(ish)
• Lav is certainly related as a likely recipient of illicitly recorded messages, the kind of thing new witnesses are coming forward about.
• Steven (felcher) CERTAINLY can be shown to have a history of harassing, threatening, and intimidating JSTLK and Kuihman, specifically into no longer covering this matter, specifically by making calls for violence (literally murder) and calls to action to his hundreds of thousands of fans to find information on these two for the crime of going against DGG.

Doesn't the above show that Steven is engaging in the exact behavior he is claiming it is "absurd" he be accused of? Specifically that he is using his platform to go after witnesses and others related to the case and succeeding in silencing them.
I would even say that when he trails off in the above clip he is realizing on some level how ridiculous his own statements are. When he says "It doesn't make any sense" its as much an admittance of guilt and meta commentary on his own statements as it is about Pxie's (Queen Angel Doll) lawyer's claims.

Yeah, this is the key thing with this ruling, and it's what JSTLK was waiting on. JSTLK knows that Destiny will have his details, but he wants to make sure that Destiny's lawyers will be the ones to face consequences if he doxxes or leaks any information. Based on his response (ty @A. G. Peak ), Destiny plans on doing this anyway. Publicly wondering if the seal expires is him suggesting that he will go after people after some kind of time period has passed. He also says that Pxie's lawyers have made the identity of "some of these people" known. Screen names are obviously not the same as their real fucking names, it's why it's fine to know that "Pxie" is the Jane Doe in this case.
