He seems to follow a pattern where a new winning record is almost a precursor to jail time/rehab.

And Austin takes it lightly it would seem - but that attitude certainly changes if he ever ends up going to prison instead. That would imprint a marked change in the boy I would imagine.

That's the problem with a brain that has been so reinforced for his behavior and not challenged by...anyone. This little shit, whose dad fat and old as he is could backhand him into next week, has never had someone who mattered to him challenge him, and I bet you that list contains one person: mom. lolcowsupreme reported how the light left him when he was in actual trouble. He just caved in on himself and became a zombie who just wanted to sleep away the days because that was the only way to cope. The second he was out of that misery pit, the entire lesson was lost on him because his grubby little hands could get a nice little crackrockarooski, some 'za, and just hammer his left click button, immaterial of if he had money or not.
He will get better when, and only when, he is permanently removed from his environment and put in one where he cannot find access to his outlets. He's permanently rewired his brain and there is no way to reclaim what's been lost, just find a new suboptimal normal.

But momfucking was worth it. Would watch it all again. 10/10

I have a few comments over in the legal thread but I wanted to make a few here on the warrant for those who dont want to go over there where its maybe too stuffy. also some of this is more speculation than facts, so I thought I'd sperg here. Look at the OFFENSE DATES of both warrants and that will tell you tons of the background here.
The misdemenor probation violation with the Juvenile and Domestic Relations court offense date was March 12, 2025. This was the same weak austin was freaking out and later on around the 19th talked about how he broke down crying to the PO about his relapse. etc. He failed the drug test. the J&DR probation is seperate from the main felony probation and is handled by the "community corrections" portion of the Louisa court house. Austin made a deal with is Probation Officer, who is his felony probation officer who works for the Virginia Department of Justice to not violate him if he went to rehab. He had no discussion with Louisa J&DR. So when they got ahold of his failed drug test, they violated him.

The Second warrant for probation violation is Felony Probation violation and the offense date is July 2, 2024. The day of the first Rat Slap, and the Cocaine posession. Austin was already convicted of violating this probation with the cocaine posession but was not charged with violating for the domestic violence where he slapped rat dad. He was not charged this as the first domestic violence charge in Virginia has the chance of being dismissed upon completion of the 2 year "deferred dipsosition' probation program. Which Austin previously failed out of from his previous drug test failure, and the second rat dad slap.

That said, it seems paperwork is catching up to Austin, likely because the J&DR caught the failed drug test in March 2025 and violated him, and then the Circuit Court noticed the Domestic conviction standing so they violated him. The important note there is again this violations date. July 2, 2024. The only probation Austin was on was for his original Felony Car Break Ins, where he had 5 years prison time sitting over him. He was convicted of violating this probation with the cocaine posession. Now he will be found in a second violation of the same probation months later. It gets worse. If they are charging him with a probation violation for the July 2, 2024 rat dad slap now, that means they will likely be charging him for another violation of the second rat dad slap conviction from October 2024. This puts Austin in harms way of 3-5 years prison time, not jail. 5 years was the original sentence from the car break ins. the 3 year sentence over his head is the current sentence for the cocaine possession.
