Seems to me that someone is lining up his ducks so the next sanction motion won't get reduced due to "Poor IFP Plaintiff" status. And also his ability to pay the current sanction and court fees he owes.

So now we can add "Filing a false police report against opposing council" to the list of sanctionable activities. Boy I sure as shit hope he actually did it and can produce the paperwork this time.
Once again he fails to grasp that he is the Plaintiff. He is the moving party. Defendants are allowed to pursue their own investigations.
Should this make it to trial one of the obvious and allowable defenses is Plaintiff is a lying sack of shit with a history of vexatious litigation using the courts to punish those who offend him and deny others their first amendment rights to critique his deplorable actions as a public figure.
Oh and Russ if your previous filing was not criminal contempt. This one absolutely is.

How many lumps must he take before he realizes that when you sue someone, they have a right to defend themselves, including performing their own investigations relative to false statements you have made to the courts, and it does not constitute stalking or harassment?

I think someone said this before but I hope Hardin moves for Vex Litigant in post-dismissal, because this shit has moved from incompetence to cuckoo-bananas.

Whatever comes of this, it's fascinating to see what a shrieking, hysterical panic this particular public records request has evinced in our boy. He's even more beside himself than when Hardin subpoenaed his dad and brother, I think. He definitely has something to hide in relation to Waylon Huber.
Broken record of me but I sure hope Hardin has been apprised of the new LLC and is working to get the deets on the mysterious "Chris Wilson" and "W.H." who are listed as officers. It's all public record, you just have to request/pay for it.

I want the judge to ask him how what Hardin is doing is any different from what Russ did to Taylor and Katy. I want the judge to ask him what he thinks 'public information' means. I want him to pull up Ruth's email where she told Russ they have to comply with requests for public information and ask Russ to explain what didn't make sense to him. I want him to ask Russ what he thinks opposing counsel's job is.
