I always reference George Washington Carver inventing the peanut. Not just in contextually related convos like these, but just in general. It's one of my favorite completely stupid things to say. I highly recommend it because you can't lose. If someone tries correcting you that he invented uses or techniques or something involving peanuts and other legumes, you call them racist.

My long-held stance that black/hood chicks have optimal street fighting technique remains undefeated. While white women pathetically latch onto hair and throw rabbit punches, black chicks legitimately use it for head control. Head control is one of the most important aspects of fighting; control the head, control the body.

Black chicks consistently lock down a grip on hair and repeat the following sequence:

1. Snap Down - By whipping down their opponent while remaining standing, they begin with about as big as an advantage as you can without a sucker punch KO. When you're already on the floor/your knees, your hands are busy getting yourself up.
2. Uppercuts - As soon as their opponent is on the ground, they're raining uppercuts. No shit, these bitches legitimately got some fucking power. Trying to regain a standing position while eating uppercuts in-between, "bitch!" is very difficult. Plus the high ground on a downed opponent makes uppercuts pack even more power.
3. Whip Around - This is the crucial step in the sequence that gives black women the street fighting title. When their opponent has finally managed to nearly get up - at great expense, mind you - FWOOM! They whip around the girl by the hair, which is a blend of #1 that leads to more uppercuts.

It's truly just a fucking tornado of eating punches, desperately fighting to gain a position to try for offense, only to have exerted all that energy to be snapped right back down for more punches. It's genuinely hard to combat.

RE: Rittenhouse, I'd say the biggest likelihood of success for him suing would be that he referenced the video of it. He's referencing literal video of the events, which clearly do NOT show him shooting people in the back. He can obviously just say, "I never saw them. I just heard he did that" but hard to believe. He has to know video didn't show any of that.

Off the top of my head you have to prove;

-The statement is a knowing lie: when the person makes the statement if they reasonably believe it's true, it's not slander. (legal definition of reasonable mind you, so saying something like Mandela died in the 90s is an example of a reasonable person believing a lie)

-The statement is meant to cause harm: the slander is meant to cause damage to a reputation and/or cause loss (a measurable loss, such as contractual)

-Publicized: the slander needs to broadcast in some manner.

-Source: kind of goes with publicized but the slander needs to be credibly sourced and broadcast. So if Dolly Parton's tits are filled with cocaine, and that's the front page of the National Inquirer, that's not Slander (libel) because no one reasonably (again legal reasonable) believes that source. But that same headline on The Wall Street Journal. That's slander(libel). Again this is why Musk didn't lose his case, he isnt a credible source and the statement didn't do harm.

-Opinion: opinion isn't slander even if it's mostly a lie.

-Truth: the truth isn't slander and a half cooked, he shot 3 people, is the truth in much of the comment.

In this case Kyle did actually shoot 3 people, which is a big portion of where a defense will hang their hat. Ultimately they'd argue that no one of importance would believe some nigger saying Kyle is a cold blooded killer and that the people who did believe him, already believe Kyle did shoot 3 people in the back with an AK47, so no actual harm was done to Kyle Rittenhouse.

Slander is a bitch, the big one in my opinion is number 1, the knowingly harmful statement. This is how Trump won his slander cases (or they settled) same with those white kids in the park. As a news organization you should know better (this is the legal reasonable definition) and not make statements that are easily fact checked. Seattle Fare Enforcement Disproportionately Punishes Blacks, Data Show​

Sound Transit says its fare enforcement system is design to be unbiased, but analysis about fare evader data indicates disparities.

Heidi Groover reports that data from Sound Transit in the Seattle area show that black riders are disproportionately caught in the fare enforcement system. While blacks make up 9 percent of riders on light rail and commuter rail trains, 22 percent of riders who were warned or penalized since 2015 were black.

"For black riders, the disparity grows as the punishment gets more severe, from warnings to $124 tickets to misdemeanor theft charges. In the last four years, about half the riders who faced a misdemeanor charge for failing to pay a fare were black," notes Groover.

Approximately a third of Sound Transit’s rail operating revenue comes from fares, and fare evasion affects the agency's bottom line, says Groover. Critics argue the findings show that fare enforcement measures are problematic and affect those riders least able to pay fines. Still, officials say the reasons behind the disparity and people not paying fares are not entirely clear, and the agency plans to conduct surveys later this year to gain more insight.

Black people wouldn't pay their fares. Naturally, the news reports it as some systemic racism stereotyping and targeting. Fare enforcement officers literally asked EVERYBODY each time. though. In the end, they waived ALL of the fines for them.

I find it funny that the Carver man invented 400 uses of the peanut, but not ONE of them AFAIK involved an edible form of the peanut. That just reminds me of somebody overthinking an obvious, in hindsight, idea.
