Allowing my legal betters to step in here but I think this is pretty much up in the air still given the novelty of the case and the newness of the crime. If steven is found liable/ convicted/ whatever I think he will likely pay six figures ( I think this is well established) but shy of a million.
If though pxie is successful and that leads to a string of "copy cats" (read girly pops seeking appropriate justice) Steven could be out a TON of money and easily cross over that big million mark.
Naturally grain of salt etc but I think this is broad strokes correct.

Others here might be familiar with how Karl Jobst lost his defamation case and got an additional $300K(?) Austrailian added in damages because he was acting so smug. I hope that if the court rules against him, tiny's conduct is considered when calculating damages.

To play devils advocate here I think Pxie has a very good reason to advertise that she will be able to protect any women that come forward from being humiliated by Destiny.

Pxie should only focus on getting others to come forward. Slapfighting on Xitter, even if its just calling Destiny out, only opens herself up to more footsies shitting up her replies. It does not strengthen her court case, the only opinions that matter are those of the judge and the future jury that will have to hear her lawyers' arguments anyways. She can not win against Destiny on social media.

Edit: Cherry's case is audio only and most revenge porn laws only apply to images/videos. I don't have high hopes for anything happening.

As the judge is ultimately a human being, even if he decides that the death threats are out of the scope of the court case, it goes a LONG way to establish character and credibility of the accusations of malice (or just gross negligence) behind the wrongdoing.

It was genuinely baffling to me how he, at various points, goes out of his way to pretty much say that this won't protect anyone from him and he'll be getting the people's info.
He presents it as all of this being stupid as: "I would never intimidate a witness", but it's pretty clear that he's going out of his way to try to say, in case a witness is watching, that this changes nothing, he'll still get their info, and after this is all over, no matter what, he's going to go after them.

Kuihman mentioned that the court aren't as stupid as his fanbase (kinda optimistic), but I do hope he's right and people are able to read between the lines of what he's doing.
