So Claudio (known zoophile who is sexually attracted to cats) wants us to believe he lives in a part of Mexico where the neighbors are burning garbage and there are gunshots every night. A place so tough that any Kiwifarmer will be killed on sight. In this same place, little neck tube boy and his mom have a habit of searching under parked cars for stray cats. Claudio finds a random street cat who may or may not have rabies and decides to pick it up. Despite being almost dead, Claudio needed the help of two adults to get the cat out from under the car. One of these adults was a security guard who happily just abandoned his post to help apparently something that security guards in Mexico are known for is walking away from their post to go on fool's errands. Then the mom that is so poor that she has a meltdown over a handful of pesos decide to take a random stray cat to the vet and pay for it's care. The vet takes one look at the cat and declares that it has been raped to death by a neighbor from a neighboring neighborhood.

Am I understanding Claudio's version of events correctly?
