The worst of catching up to 10 absolutely hilarious pages of content is that now I need to wait (im)patiently until the judge responds to this or Greer files something else retarded.

But what a wild ride it is. I appreciate the hardwork going into U_M and co. bringing us funny.

Honestly the county might as well just let Russ have the empty lot and jack up the property value as Commercial. I want to see the funny retard bankrupt himself paying property taxes on an unuseable lot (funny retards do this a lot. Its actually insane how many people will pay and pay taxes on land they cant use. Alternatively, funny retards will never pay taxes then get mad the property gets auctioned off from under them).

Russell is like the most advanced version of the weirdo who keeps calling the local government to seize someone's house so they can turn it into a rental. Its more common than you think, honestly.

Well that kinda answers that. Assuming Huber is telling the truth to you, which I really have no reason to assume anything other than that, this makes perfect sense.
I fully believe him. In fact, I stated as much before this happened.

Russhole forged a letter from Dennis Hof in a previous case. Russhole is a criminal. He's mentally like a retarded version of Mark Hofmann.

He deliberately attempted to conceal Huber's identity by filing a fraudulent LLC application under penalty of perjury, which on the form it clearly states is a class C felony.

Will he actually get penalized for it? 🤷 Maybe if we're not in total 🤡🌎

Regarding Greer's assertion that he went yesterday and today to the police to report Mr. Hardin, that appears incorrect

There will be a years-long court case with Russ suing the city, county, governor, tax authority, everyone he can think of claiming property taxes shouldn't apply to a poor successful stud muffin businessman like him, filing seventeen motions a week and STILL not achieving vexatious litigant status.

I hope the 10th enjoys listening to each and every one of those appeals, too!

We're really getting into strange independent film territory with this. I can see it now. Scene opens in the middle of the desert and tumbleweed rolls by, camera zooms into Greer furiously typing on his phone. Some kind of orchestra music for background noise that hits the final note as Greer dramatically presses 'Send'. Scene changes to Harden who just reads the highlights out loud while looking confused.

It's the indie film Recalcitrant Stalker, writ large upon the docket!

I hope you'll forgive my pedantry (I know, I'm the only autistic pedant on the entire site, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with), Greer's language has remained very careful in all this. He's "considering seeking criminal charges," he "has to go down" to the Metro police to file a report, "I am getting the police involved," "I'm pursuing criminal charges against you," "I took off work to go to the police...Heading there right now," "I have to file a restraining order against you today." All over the course of the past few days. As far as I've seen, at no point has he actually stated (this time!) that he DID or HAS DONE any of these filings.

Just sayin'. He's being careful after all these months of drama regarding the restraining order he had previously said he had filed and was happy to share. I think it's deliberate on his part.

He's just a liar, bro. It's not that deep.

He thinks the threat of it is enough to make his enemies do what he wants. It's remarkable that even HE still hasn't learned that that just doesn't work.

FUCKING
CALLED
IT

Nailed it three days ago, before even seeing this week's filings. The doubters saying "but he CC'ed Huber" were wrong. My victory lap shall be eternal.

I am declaring Total Harvey Victory, I demand a bronze statue, a medal of autism, and a hotel wing full of hookers.
We will give you a cheese sandwich.

(not grilled)

Two problems with that. Nevada is in the 9th, which is its own kind of special. And it likely would only be able to be appealed to the Nevada State Supreme Court. Although maybe he'll try and convince the NV Federal District court that since he's going to sue the state then they need to take it.

Russ's attempt at playing word games does not actually work. Because people aren't idiots. And actual court is not an episode of Law and Order. The Judge knows fully well the intent of Russels words. Which is to bully and intimidate. They are a carefully constructed lie in which he thinks he can claim he didn't technically lie. Lawyers and Cops know how to do this verbal trick, and mote importantly, when not to. Russ does not. Russ informed the Court that he was performing an act. Simply not doing the act does not shield him from the courts ire. As we have seen with the Utah Restraining Order Application. How do you think Benbett will react to more of the same?

How long until the judges check their emails and decide to tardslap shitlips ? Are they gonna wait the next scheduled meeting ?

The next scheduling conference (for now) is set for August 8. 🤷‍♂️ I would expect that to get pushed back again before any more big actions are taken (like dismissal), but I'm a doomer.

Edit:

I don't think that is quite the same because as we all know, he DID file to try and get that restraining order in Utah, and there's a case number for it. It isn't what he pretended it was, but it exists. That's why I think he's being cagey now, because he has not done those things and doesn't want to be called on it or ordered to produce anything that doesn't exist.

Shh, let me believe that a judge will have a retarded ruling have personal consequences for once.

That's an excellent question. I kind of think that they don't know how to deal with this, so both of them are waiting for the other one to say something about it, but it's insane that it has been allowed to go on this far. I'm guessing within the next 200 filings one of them will eventually speak up. Maybe
