He forgot to moot Hardin's 305 motion for extension of time to reply though.

OR DID HE?
He heard you, and just did

Well, the Magistrate did anyway

He probably did it to stop Hardin from sending public record requests and using it to question the IFP status.

Shield one is down. Shield 2 is weakening. Narcissistic meltdown blast was absorbed by the AC values and is in the recharging phase.

We can keep saying that here, but at some point Hardin needs to put this in a very short motion, with no other distractions or considerations or clever words, and say, "It's time."
I think Hardin is currently in the process of writing such a motion and I suspect he will attach and show all the times Greer has lied to the court. Not only does the statute demand that the case be dismissed but he can show a pattern of Greer provably lying to the court.
It'd be funny if that's what caused the District Court to reply so fast
Honestly it probably was. He figured if he ruled on it faster it would create less of a mess. I can also see a Judge deciding to punish people if they annoy him.

Here's the current status of his Brothel Quest

"Prohibited by County law" isn't really a deterrent for our boy because he's starting to get comfy with the idea of petitioning local and presumably county governments to change their laws/ordinances.

I’m betting he thinks paying the filing fee moots, or does something to delay, him needing to pay sanctions. Not because they’re related in any way, but because his brain is broken.

He absolutely thinks paying the filing fee moots ALL of the discussions and filings heretofore about his IFP status and how it was obtained fraudulently. I'm thinking that might be the real or primary reason he suddenly paid today instead of waiting for his deadline: He thinks paying the filing fee will put a stop to Hardin making more inquiries about his finances.

This is by far the biggest docket he has. It's well past double that of every other case save one. Which is still nowhere near this. "Ruling on things faster to prevent a mess" does not appear to be an element of his judicial philosophy.

oh shit oh fuck stop giving russell such good advice dammit, what if he sees this?
Every motion that Russel has initiated in the past month or so has been pretty quickly slapped down. Sometimes same day. Other than the amended complaint I don't think there are any actions pending that shitlips started? Am I missing something?

Edit, other than yesterday's Plightsperg where demands Hardin be sanctioned for submitting a public records request? And than goes on to list his own malfeasance?
