Using modified clients already violates their Terms of Service, but Discord has never taken action against it, and most likely never will. Such clients are particularly popular among their paying users, after all.

Late to the party but this is great to see. I assumed after this went live the Farms would've been laid siege to by an army of Discord pedophiles. I am surprised it wasn't an instant DDOS attack. They must have blown all of their money on Robux to go after kids.

I don't think they would exactly ban all modded clients (or rather, enforce the ban on them since they're already against ToS), but they could definitely ban any account that bans a lot of pedophiles, and unban those pedos too.
To be honest, I'd be fine with him having a second chance if it means genuinely good things come out of it. He absolutely did fuck up the spy.pet situation by not understanding why the guy behind the service posted to the forum in the first place and gave the forum over 500,000 messages from one server with no fee. With that said, I have mixed feelings about his collaboration with Ruben, with that said this second chance is very cautious and I still have some suspicions.
