Also, relatedly, Potentially Criminal made the point in his video that Destiny's team should loop in Rose or Solo as necessary parties to the lawsuit; can anybody in this thread think of any reason why he wouldn't want to involve Rose in the lawsuit? Somebody needs to make an easily digestible list of every lie that Destiny has told regarding his case. His main strategy is to muddy the water as much as possible so that his low iq audience doesn't pick up on any contradictions or revisionism since he knows that they watch him like an asmr channel and don't actually internalize anything he says. The only thing 'fucking disgusting' about this is Destiny acting all smug like it's difficult to serve a court order to this site, then the moment Pxie's team is on the verge of doing so, getting indignant that they won't do his work for him.

I hope team Pxie gets awarded the fees they're seeking and I hope it opens the door for the other women to do the same, draft a court order and make him pay for it. One of my uncles ended up getting tonsil cancer, and that was the main cause.

He told me that the cancer doctor said that oral cancer are exploding in the last 10 years because of HPV.

Apparently there's like 5 different of the 40 or so HPV types that can cause insane increases in cancer development. P16 positive is just one of the rare types that disables tumor suppressor genes.

And it's the kind of thing that comes back to bite you 20 years down the line. My uncle said he got HPV in his 20s, and his tonsil cancer didn't develop until he was in his mid 60s.

I don't blame anyone for not believing word of mouth.
No one will know unless the girls themselves come out and say it, but they'd be telling everyone they have the most aggressive form of HPV, so I don't see that happening.

I think its fair to say that Destiny was referring to his lawyers being in contact with her lawyers. Just to let others know what you're referring to; it is unethical for attorneys to have direct communications with represented parties, so it would be a fairly big ethical breach for her attorneys to be communicating directly with Destiny (which I doubt is happening). I'm sort of just speculating, but, based on what Destiny has said, I think what happened is that Pxie's attorneys had a meet and confer with Destiny's attorneys about requesting a court order to take the videos down. Destiny's attorneys asked whether that request can include other videos (i.e., videos that did not include Pxie or that only included Destiny), and Pxie's attorneys said "sure, if you will agree to pay fees we incurred in doing all this." Destiny's attorneys declined to do that, and so Pxie's attorneys declined to agree to include other videos in the request. You'll notice that the recent motion states that Destiny "does not object to the entry of the proposed order to compel Lolcow LLC to remove the Video(s)." It didn't say that Destiny doesn't object to an award of attorney's fees and costs. And you'll also notice that this is all coming right after Destiny said that attorneys regularly oppose motions filed by the opposing side, just because. But now, it's apparently "fucking disgusting" for Pxie's attorneys to want to recoup costs associated with doing something that would literally only benefit him, and which he could easily just have his attorneys do themselves.
