It’s literally the fat it’s why most fat guys also sound the same. But this is true for everyone in every condition most smokers sound like eachother, frat bros, etc. it’s the same reason all troons sound the same it’s just the common voice barring extreame circumstances most people will sound the same.

Smokers, understandable. Frat bros, not so much.
The true schizo answer is that life really is a simulation and there's only a limited amount of voice actors voicing all the characters/people. So obviously for instance, all male White smokers are the same person doing slightly different voices, all fat black women are the same VA doing slight variations.
Most obvious case is Dax Herrera and Vito. It's the same guy speaking in a higher pitch when voicing Dax.

As a fellow tourist I had to look it up. It’s an onomatopoeia in Japanese for indistinguishable muttering noises. It is frequently used in English in fan translated manga.


Kirache uses it as a generic anime girl noise. She may not even know what it means.

That's not entirely correct; ムニャムニャ is commonly used in Japanese entertainment as generic "magic words" when making some kind of incantation. Example images below:

If she says it in a spoooky tone or while making some kind of exaggerated gesture, then she probably knows what it means.
