More lawfare against DODGE by the Left
The NGO CREW (Citizen for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington FUCKING KEK!!) has done everything and anything to stop DODGE from doing it's job for the last 3 months by launching lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.
Last week they hit pay dirt and successfully sued on FIOA grounds and got discovery approved so they can now look and go through every file DODGE has and DODGE is legally obligated to turn over whatever CREW asks for thanks to a lower level DC judge of course.
OK why is this a big deal? Well DODGE is a Executive Advisory Board and not part of the US Federal government. A EAB's job is to advise the POTUS on matter they are expert on and more importantly as a they are not part of the Fed they cannot be FOIA'd as they have Executive Privilege.
You know so spies can't just sued and get access to what the POTUS work groups are doing. Makes sense right? This has been cannon since FOIA was adopted and never challenged.
Welp this DC judge ain't really happy with that, his bosses want to be able to though DODGE with a fine tooth comb so they can find any avenue of attack to stop Mr Bad Man from chopping off their slush money machine but those silly laws are getting in the way so what do?
Well you get a friendly NGO, in this case that's CREW to just sue DODGE for something silly and then you give them fully discovery rights! But wait you say EAB are immune to FOIA's so how can a judge just award a party the right to go through their files and records?
Silly boy, the judge can rule whatever he want's. This is DISCOVERY not FOIA so the plaintiff's can indeed have fully access to DODGE's records even though they have executive privilege while they try the case. We promise that the plaintiff will never ever ever think about using what they learn to attack DODGE through another lawsuit!! Pinky swear!

This shit has to stop, these judges are openly partisan and doing whatever the fuck they want with zero repercussions to slow down and stop anything Trump is trying to do.
Fuck just yesterday another judge order Trump to return a group of convicted murders, rapists and child molesters returned to the US from across the world. Judge Murphy from...wait for it....Maryland. He's ordered every person deported in the last 3 months from a US prison to be given yet another hearing, at the tax payer's cost of course, then they can plead their case yet again hopefully before a friendly Dem Judge and get put back in American prisons rather then their home countries....WTF?
Oh yah and by the way all the class action members have to be kept anonymous to protect their privacy. You know so FOX can't go around tell everyone about their crimes, murders, child rape and drug smuggling.

I don't know how Trump can stop the full on legal onslaught without permanently destroying the justice systems ability to reign in over reaching POTUS actions but he's going to have to do something. The DOJ needs the ability to deal with corrupt and dangerous Executives but you also can't have judges going around and setting national policy and over-riding the POTUS just because the Democrats are butt hurt they got smashed in the election.
This cannot continue, especially as the Dem judges have now learned to hide the crimes of the people they're trying to bring back by making everything class action and protected from the public eye so their media lapdogs can start lying again about stunning and brave immigrants who are wrongfully deported by the evil ICE stormtroopers.
