We know he had one at some point because didn't they spend the first day of the Italy vacation getting his script filled? Now whether or not he bothers anymore is something entirely. You'd have to be retarded to not pay for a script when it would only cost you a couple tortas worth of pesos, so it's entirely possible.

I don’t know about Mexico but prescription drugs here come in a bottle with a printed label stating the date, prescription number, doctor’s name, # of pills prescribed, directions for use, # of refills left etc. They don’t just give out packages of pills like Ralph is clutching in that pic.
