btw to clear up some stuff
  • We have two Minnesota attorneys willing to represent us in this for nothing except any travel expenses, which I can pay out of pocket.
  • We will probably win fees for these attorneys if we do have to sue because we have gone through "the process" to establish we are in the right as firmly as possible.
    • Pro bono attorneys are still entitled to reasonable fees if awarded fees regardless of how much they are paid, if anything.
  • It is currently unknown to me, if they do deliver the footage, if I will have to pay for their time to redact the footage, or how much that will cost.
    • The clerk had previously spitballed us $5000 in estimated cost for the forensic team's time to redact the footage, however
    • The situation has changed substantially and I don't think it will take that much time or cost that much anymore, but
    • The footage we receive will be redacted -- I think only to censor minor persons though.
    • I am still committed to donating any leftover money from the $6000 to a charity. My current pick is the Zero Abuse Project.
  • We had to wait a full year because one of the things we were waiting for was the adjudication of the criminal case, which is now over.
P.S. I have not touched that $6000 in the year I've had it.

Nick is desperately trying to get ahead of the condition of the house, for some reason. Oh just some laundry. Some clutter. A few boxes. Maybe some prescriptions.
I genuinely hope you are enjoying the schadenfreude.
Its just a fag move so clippers can't take the juicy bits before the show is over. The VOD is replayable.
Thanks. I didn’t know that to be the case.

And guns were drawn on April and Kayla (in a robe). (I assume you're capturing all of this. He's alleged more cop misconduct/unprofessionalism. Null will probably want to see it.)
Yeah, it's a felony search warrant, and the house they are going into is known to have firearms.

No shit they had their guns drawn.

Boo hoo, Nick. YOU did this.

Ever hear of a "felony traffic stop"? Same deal. They don't come with a bottle of wine, tickle your balls, and then ask nicely to take you into custody and search your shit.

Rekieta just claimed he didn’t know about the cocaine bullet on top of the fridge because April filled it while he was asleep. However, he previously stated that April and Kayla couldn’t even open the safe—which, according to him, is why they didn’t flush the cocaine in the first place.

So, how exactly did April manage to fill the cocaine bullet if she didn’t have access to the safe?

Curious. That would suggest that the cocaine in that bullet was in April’s possession.

It really is hard to keep track of all the lies.

He's trying to get ahead of this by describing what's on the bodycam.
Good, the only thing they did wrong is they didn't pull the trigger

It never occurred to me that things would get this dark 5 years ago.
I wonder if you go back and watching the old greer streams or something like that if they're unwatchable now that he's such a POS or has he been so brain damaged and changed so much that yiu can almost separate who he was in your mind from who he is now, like you're watching an entirely different person.

On Patrick Melton's "This Little Piggy".

Nick describes the relation between the nanny and his eldest daughter as "complicated" and "manic". They'd stay up and watch horror films late at night. He continues to describe "tension between them".
The Nanny sent an "ambiguous message" to Kayla about the daughter, they had an exit interview with her but she didn't describe her reasons for quitting.
In the police report, the Nanny "suspected" about the Qover polycule, but Nick stresses "she didn't know."

I really hope when we see the cop walk into the bedroom on the body cam we can see the episode of star trek still playing on the TV. Lol
