It’s why he uses it.nitrous isn't illegal so this won't send him straight to prison, right?
You never really come back from whippetsville, you leave a little piece of yourself every time. The only thing that's going to possibly save him is being thrown in jail where he can finally live his gay fantasy life without shame.Nick back from Whippetsville
I wish Nick a million whippitsI’m against banning recreational use; this is irresponsible usage. 100%

It’s one retard versus a bunch of balldo guardsHow is no one calling him out on the vocal changes? It takes 15-30 seconds for the nitrous to clear his lungs for him to go back to his faggotry voice.
I know you said you were done but I hope you are recording still. Don't even listen just record.Audi de-synced from clip because it recorded that way. Still funny. Keanu W.

Completely understandable.Melton strikes me so I don’t clip him anymore. I’ll probably upload a supercut to rumble though
Somehow I like those odds for the retard.It’s one retard versus a bunch of balldo guards
No it's very much illegal and it's 100% a violation of his probation if he gets caught, it's just harder to catch him doing it.nitrous isn't illegal so this won't send him straight to prison, right?
Reminder that huffing galaxy gas recreationally is 100% illegal in Minnesota and Nick would violate his probation if caught doing it.
609.684 ABUSE OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES.
§
Subdivision 1.
For purposes of this section, "toxic substance" means:
(1) glue, cement, or aerosol paint containing toluene, benzene, xylene, amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate, nitrous oxide, or containing other aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, but does not include glue, cement, or paint contained in a packaged kit for the construction of a model automobile, airplane, or similar item;
Subd. 3.
A person is guilty of a misdemeanor who uses or possesses any toxic substance with the intent of inducing intoxication, excitement, or stupefaction of the central nervous system, except under the direction and supervision of a medical doctor. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor who intentionally aids another in violation of this subdivision.
The wrinkle is that it would be harder to catch Nick doing it as I don't believe it shows up in urine tests. Although I certainly think that he could get busted in the same way he did on his coke stream (i.e. the P.O. sees him acting messed up on stream, searches his house, and finds a bunch of empty nitrous cannisters).
