This is bad. really bad. Austin has been charged with Violation of a Felony Probation occuring July 2, 2024. This is the date of the rat-dad slap/ Domestic Violence against his dad. He was prior violated for the conviction of the Drug Possession (crack), but because the first domestice violence (assautl and battery of a family member) was set to a "deferred disposition" status for first time offenders, he was not violated for that offense as well. Now that he has violated that "deferred disposition" probation TWICE, they have caught the paper work up with the District Court and are now violating him for the inital rat dad slap.

TLDR: The incident date is the day of the rat-slap, and with the context of the deferred disposition of the first domestic violence, and the sudden violation of probation in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, this is due to that charge/conviction and probation being violated. This i-s a second violation of the car break-in probation from 2015 and nothing to do with his CURRENT DRUG USE.

He's violated numerous times, and had multiple chances. The court will probably see this differently than "Aw he just fucked up, lets give him a chance" since he's had numerous chances. He had two warrants out for violating probation, one for drug use and one for domestic violence against his dad, which is a felony charge. He could actually be pretty cooked for this one. He has 5 years over his head.
