Lefties continually claim that muh colonialism stopped them from ever doing anything productive but there is a reason that the joke about Zimbabwe using candles for lighting after inventing electricity exists. There are tons of modern examples of colonial powers being driven out of Africa by marxist backed forces, and even after then fighting the marxists with their own nationalist forces, most African nations may as well be in the stone age in terms of development, they literally subsist off the overflow from other more prosperous nations.

At some point we need to just burn the huts down and drive them out of the region (as in, Earth, not Africa) and let some other civilization take the land. I think it's more that they refuse to make a good faith attempt to even understand the perspective of outsiders. Outsiders understand their position very well because they have almost total stranglehold over the media and are bombarded with it constantly.
But the left doesn't know how to argue and can't actually defend its positions outside of their echo chambers.
They have no theory of mind for people that don't agree with them. This has been confirmed via multiple studies. The left has no idea what the right thinks but knows they're evil for not being left.
