yes. i think it's department of education mandatory reporting stuff. like you have to say you have 1 black student and gave black students 5 out of school suspensions. so in normal circumstances I just see that the black students are 13% of the pupils but receive 50% of the suspensions, but in this case I know it's this one little fucker being shit.
