Does anyone know if cyraxx actually has an LLC? I'm trying to phonebook the details on the ohio business portal and I'm not seeing anything. I've tried searching by wilkins and arntzen. I've also searched variations of "records" "productions" ect, sorting by filing date and I'm not getting anything. (This method works cause I can get to LowT's LLC by searching "ent")

There's a few possibilities;
1. Raxx actually doesn't have an LLC. (most likely scenario)
2. I'm not searching for the right keywords and he named it something more stupid than normal.
3. The business portal has not updated its records yet as it seems to be a fairly recent filing according to raxx.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially from the insiders.

Just for the record I've tried the following:

-Custom
-dk

-Shadowblayde
-label
-ent
-entertainment
-music/muzik/musik

I've also tried variations of the above with wigger spelling to no avail.

It's possible but I kinda doubt cyraxx would let someone else own "his" LLC given how often these types of schemes have come back to bite him in the ass in the past. I'll take a look at the other states later tonight.

Filling an LLC is automated. You 100% can and will get a reply in the middle of the night if you file late at night. Source - I filed my last LLC at 1:30am and had local & federal tax ID in hand in under 2 hours.
